Job Description:

Project Management:
  • Manage and support projects of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in factories located in Thailand and Indonesia.

Job Description:
As a DX Project Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the business capabilities and supporting the digital transformation and data strategies of the Company's factories in Southeast Asia (SEA). You will be at the forefront of driving digital innovation and efficiency across the SEA operations, contributing to the Company's mission of leveraging technology for enhanced business performance.
Job scope:
1. Project Management:
  • Manage and support projects of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in factories located in Thailand and Indonesia.
  • Oversee supply chain optimization system projects to improve efficiency and productivity in Singapore and Asian countries.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with manufacturing teams to identify and propose suitable DX solutions.
  • Communicate with manufacturing staff to define and scope DX projects.
  • Share project requirements and users' hidden needs with the AI/software engineers.
3. Training and Knowledge Sharing:
  • Manage the in-house data analyst training curriculum.
  • Coordinate with HR teams to organize and deliver seminars on DX topics.
  • Monitor and report on training progress, proposing future training plans as needed.
  • Identify and share best practices across SEA sites to ensure consistent implementation of DX initiatives.
4. Introducing Productivity Tools (Microsoft Power Automate) or Robotic Process Automation (RPA):
  • Develop and implement Microsoft Power Automate or RPA solutions to optimize repetitive tasks in sales, finance, and other departments.
  • Act as an DX evangelist, training and improving the skills of employees in SEA sites.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Bahasa Melayu to liaise smoothly with overseas factory members in Indonesia who speak Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proven experience in the completion of DX projects (implementation and execution), particularly as a PMO in AI and supply chain systems
  • At least 3 years of experience and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and business needs in SEA
  • Possess excellent project management and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, self-motivated with a strong drive for continuous improvement
  • Experience in Project management
  • Experience in RPA development and implementation using Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps)
  • Comfortable to travel overseas when required (Once a month)

Job Summary

Drive digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain to improve process efficiency, visibility, and data-driven decision-making. Lead cross-functional collaboration, implement digital tools, and oversee system deployment to support SAP S/4HANA migration and continuous KPI improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the DX roadmap, driving project implementation based on FY25–27 roadmap.
  • Manage day-to-day project execution, issue resolution, and reporting.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration by deepening SOP and process integration across SCM, Sales, Factory, ISD, etc.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment.
  • Implement digital Obeya for SCM projects, using digital Obeya rooms to visualize project status, KPIs, issues, and actions.
  • Enable transparent, real-time management across teams and regions.
  • Oversee digital system deployment, including SCM-side readiness for SAP S/4HANA migration.
  • Integrate systems, ensure clean master data, and support user adoption.
  • Drive KPI visibility and continuous improvement by operating performance dashboards (forecast accuracy, inventory quality, etc.).
  • Cultivate agile thinking and data-driven decision-making.

As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our organization's digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business users and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital innovation, develop and implement effective digital strategies, and ensure the successful execution of digital projects. Your expertise in digital technologies and your ability to bridge the gap between business and technology will be essential to your success.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects, from initial ideation, strategic planning to execution, deployment, and post-implementation analysis.

  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for innovative DX solutions that enhance business processes and operational efficiency.

  • Develop detailed project plans, including managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.

  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements, provide updates, and support stakeholder engagement.

  • Monitor project risks and issues proactively, escalating them to management and recommending mitigation strategies as appropriate.

  • Support the development and maintenance of automation scripts or small applications that optimize processes and increase productivity.

  • Oversee testing, validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure delivered solutions meet requirements and standards.

  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation, including requirements, process flows, user manuals, and status reports.

Ability/ Competency Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are also welcomed.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with business and technical teams.

  • Proficient in requirement gathering, documentation, and project scheduling tools (e.g., ASANA).

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools (e.g., Power BI) is desirable.
