We're seeking a visionary, strategic, and hands-on Director of Digital Transformation to lead the Asentium's digital evolution. You will be responsible for developing and executing transformation strategies that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business innovation through modern technologies and data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and lead the digital transformation roadmap aligned to the organisation's strategic goals, focusing on elevating the ascentium.com website for lead generation while safeguarding against any adverse impact on other BU websites.
  • Partner with C-suite and department heads to identify business opportunities enabled by digital innovation across various business units.
  • Champion a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Program & Campaign Execution

  • Manage cross-functional digital initiatives across technology, operations, marketing, and customer experience.
  • Lead large-scale change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Oversee delivery of digital programs and marketing campaigns on time, on budget, and in scope.
  • Project manage key digital marketing initiatives by partnering with SEM vendors to optimise paid ads efforts across all BUs, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Job Description

We're seeking a visionary, strategic, and hands-on Director of Digital Transformation to lead the Asentium's digital evolution. You will be responsible for developing and executing transformation strategies that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business innovation through modern technologies and data-driven approaches.

Please note this role is 12 month Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the digital transformation roadmap aligned to the organisation's strategic goals, focusing on elevating the ascentium.com website for lead generation while safeguarding against any adverse impact on other BU websites.
  • Partner with C-suite and department heads to identify business opportunities enabled by digital innovation across various business units.
  • Champion a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Program & Campaign Execution

  • Manage cross-functional digital initiatives across technology, operations, marketing, and customer experience.
  • Lead large-scale change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Oversee delivery of digital programs and marketing campaigns on time, on budget, and in scope.
  • Project manage key digital marketing initiatives by partnering with SEM vendors to optimise paid ads efforts across all BUs, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Work with the SEO vendor on website and domain migration projects for all BUs to the Ascentium branded domain.

Technology & Innovation

  • Identify emerging technologies (e.g., AI, ABM, Marketing Automation, RPA, cloud, data analytics) that support business transformation.
  • Collaborate with IT and external partners to modernise legacy systems and build digital-first capabilities.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement platforms and tools that drive operational efficiencies.

Customer & Data-Centric Focus

  • Design and implement digital experiences that improve customer engagement and retention
  • Elevate the Ascentium website for lead generation while safeguarding against any adverse impact on other BU websites.
  • Leverage data and insights to inform decision-making, personalise experiences, and measure performance.

Governance & Reporting

  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess transformation impact across the business.
  • Regularly report progress to executive leadership and board stakeholders.
Qualifications

Requirements

  • Proven experience (8–10+ years) in digital transformation, advertising, innovation, or technology leadership.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technologies, agile methodologies, and design thinking.
  • Track record of successfully leading cross-functional digital initiatives and culture change.
  • Demonstrated expertise in website development, lead generation strategies, and managing SEM and SEO projects to enhance digital marketing performance.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and digital program portfolios.
  • Background in consulting, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, or tech industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's in Technology/Business/Innovation preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or customer experience tools.
  • Familiarity with OKRs, Agile/Lean principles, and enterprise architecture.

**Job Responsibilities:**
We are seeking a highly motivated candidate for the position of **Director - Digital Transformation Solutions** within Information Technology Department under Asian Systems Office.
The successful candidate will be part of a growing dynamic regional team that is in charge of IT development and support functions. This is a new role to provide leadership to our strategic initiatives for digital transformation and drive adoption of new tools and technologies in the organization.
Reporting to the **Head of Department (ITD)** , you will lead the teams to drive key initiatives for digitization of business processes and to promote automation and efficiencies in the workplace.
A brief on the coverage of the role would be as follows:
+ Build and grow the teams to manage the different streams of work through a team of professionals based in Singapore and India
+ Coach the teams to drive the transformation agenda in the bank.
+ Create a talent pool to implement the key strategic initiatives related to business process management, robotic process automation and digital solutions to promote work efficiencies in a hybrid workplace.
+ Design and drive the RPA strategy for the region. Establish guidelines and standards for RPA.
+ Through collaboration, build a good understanding of the business processes for self and the team to help the business counterparts streamline the process supported by enterprise-wide solutions
+ Manage the portfolio of technology solutions that help improve internal process efficiencies through automation, improvements and cost reduction.
+ Work with the businesses for adoption of the solutions regionally to drive standardization.
+ Enable cost reduction of delivery and implementation of the solutions through automation and standardization.
+ Partner with the leads in offshore location to build the delivery competency for the regional initiatives.
+ Design insights to be derived from the data collated from the business process management solution.
+ Engage with the IT Heads in the countries to promote regional solutions. Collaborate to rollout regional delivery standards pertaining to the CI/ CD pipeline.
+ Manages the technology for the portfolio of applications and ensure the technology stack is up to date.
+ Accountable for the stability of applications in the production environment.
**Job Requirements:**
+ At least 15 yrs experience in the application development domain putting together and leading teams based onsite OR remotely.
+ Experience in corporate banking products employing digital solutions to promote operational efficiency and productivity.
+ Experience in leading transformation within a banking environment by spearheading initiatives that drive change through technology solutions for business challenges.
