Role Description

The Sales & Projects Manager (General Projects) will lead Krislite's expansion across Singapore's commercial, retail, hospitality, and industrial sectors. This role requires a strong client network, proven ability to win lighting projects across diverse industries, and the capability to ensure projects are delivered smoothly from award to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development across commercial, retail, hospitality, and industrial projects.
• Secure Krislite's inclusion in consultant, architect, and contractor specifications.
• Build and expand Krislite's project client base through your proven network of active accounts.
• Lead tender submissions, negotiations, and contract closing across multiple sectors.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in lighting, construction, or related project sales.

• Knowledge: Tendering processes, contract negotiation, and project delivery.

Projects Executive, Park Enhancement Projects
Ensure that projects are carried out with duties encompassing – monitoring budget/expenditure, liaising with vendors/consultants, conducting on‐site and off‐site inspection, formulating project plans, and ensuring all works meet quality standards and government/building regulations to ensure project deliverables.
