- Assist main EA in planning and organizing both internal and external meetings and events. Ensure timely communication and preparation with all relevant parties.
- Assist in simplified calendar management for Directors under the EA's instructions.
- Assist in reconciling and verifying the IBO team's travel and entertainment claims in accordance with the Company's business expense policy. This includes preparing travel requisition and submission of claims, etc via our system.

- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in business administration, Office Management or equivalent with 2 to 3 years relevant work experience. (advantageous)
- Open to fresh graduates with 1 – 2 years' experience in administrative, customer service roles
- Strong proficiency in both English (required) and Chinese as the role involves communication with stakeholders in China and Hong Kong
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailed and meticulous in administration
- Available for flexible hours across time zones
