MISSION

Under the authority of the English International Stream (EIS) Coordinator, the Kindergarten Teaching Assistant works alongside teachers to support the well-being, safety, and learning of young children. The assistant plays an active role in the daily life of the classroom, contributing to the preparation and smooth running of learning activities and ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organised environment.

In particular, the Teaching Assistant is expected to:

Support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of children throughout the day

Assist teachers during learning activities, routines, and transitions

Contribute to the preparation and organisation of materials needed for classroom activities

Contribute to the development of inquiry based projects, including the delivery of some elements or workshops/atelier.

Ensure the safety and supervision of children at all times

Maintain the cleanliness and order of classrooms, shared spaces, and equipment during the school day

Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff, in line with the school’s educational values and expectations.

Work collaboratively as part of a team, enabling the successful launch and development of the EIS.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Kindergarten Teaching Assistant supports teachers in the daily organisation and supervision of pupils and contributes to the smooth and safe running of the school day. In particular, the Teaching Assistant is expected to:

Supervise children during arrivals and departures

Support children’s personal hygiene, including accompanying children to the toilet, supervising handwashing, and providing assistance where necessary

Assist children during meals and snack times

Support the organisation, sorting, and management of pupils’ work materials

Ensure the cleaning, organisation, and appropriate storage of classroom and school equipment

Maintain the cleanliness and order of the classroom and shared spaces during the school day

Supervise and support children during activities such as workshops, library sessions, celebrations, and school events

Accompany and supervise children during school outings and excursions (walks, visits, performances, etc.)

Prepare and organise materials required for learning activities

Monitor and accompany children during break times, canteen periods, rest or nap times, and during arrival and departure on school transport

Assist children with changing clothes when required

Carry out other related duties as reasonably assigned by the EIS Coordinator or the School Management

Assist with EIS Open House visits, and parent tours if required.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION

Experience working with young children aged 2 to 5 years

A diploma or qualification in early childhood education would be a plus

Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a classroom environment

Professional discretion and sound judgement when working with children and families

Capacity for initiative and a degree of autonomy within the framework defined by the teaching team

A dynamic, positive, and engaged approach to daily work with young children

Knowledge of, and compliance with, food hygiene and safety regulations

Language requirements : English is the primary language of communication in the EIS. Candidates should be comfortable working in an English-speaking environment, and be a NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER.

What you will do

OVERVIEW:

Fortune is seeking an Program Director for a high-level convening of business and policy leaders taking place in the APAC region in 2027.


The Director will be tasked with overseeing all aspects of program development and execution for the event – from the booking of all speakers and high-level talent to agenda development and sponsored content. They will also manage and direct a small team of producers and work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all aspects of convening are of the highest editorial quality and representative of the key issues facing global business.


The position will report to Fortune’s Singapore Office CEO and VP of APAC Sales and Marketing and to Fortune’s Executive Director, Global Programming, working alongside programmers and other editorial team leads.


WORK SCOPE:


  • General Management/Leadership:
  • Collaborate with Company stakeholders (including Fortune APAC leadership team, Editorial Directors, and Fortune editorial co-chairs) and clients/sponsors to define program direction, content themes, and speaker selections.
  • Lead internal support team, including program manager(s), speaker relations manager(s), and scriptwriter.

  • Pre-Event Execution: Oversee comprehensive program development strategy and agenda execution:

WORK SCOPE:

Pre-Event Execution

Assist with booking, program research, development, and strategy:

  • Participate in weekly program team meetings and related calls.
  • Collaborate with program director, event co-chairs, and editors to define and set content parameters for all sessions.
  • Assist program director with development and writing of program overview documents including content pillars, mainstage program themes, and sample breakout session abstracts.
  • Assist program director with booking and content development to include:

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Growth Manager to accelerate customer acquisition and sustainable business growth across multiple international markets. You will lead data-driven growth initiatives by optimizing marketing channels, improving conversion funnels, scaling customer acquisition, and identifying new growth opportunities.


As part of an AI-powered beauty e-commerce company, you will work closely with Marketing, Product, BI, Creative, Engineering, and AI teams to drive measurable business impact through experimentation, analytics, and performance marketing.


Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Customer Acquisition

  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and business expansion across multiple international markets.
  • Identify new growth opportunities through experimentation, market research, customer insights, and emerging digital channels.
  • Own growth initiatives across the entire acquisition funnel while continuously improving marketing efficiency and return on investment.


Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Search, Social, Display, Affiliate, Influencer, and other digital acquisition channels.
  • Own the full campaign lifecycle, including strategy, campaign setup, execution, optimization, measurement, and reporting.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS, CAC, and overall marketing performance.


Conversion Rate Optimization & Experimentation

  • Design and execute A/B tests across advertisements, landing pages, customer journeys, and conversion funnels.
  • Analyze customer behavior to identify friction points and improve conversion rates.
  • Continuously optimize website and campaign performance through data-driven experimentation.


Analytics & Performance Insights

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using marketing and business metrics.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Build dashboards and generate regular reports to communicate growth performance and key learnings to stakeholders.


Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Content, Product, BI, Engineering, and AI teams to develop high-performing campaigns and customer experiences.
  • Partner with Product teams to improve user journeys, conversion funnels, and customer engagement.
  • Support company-wide growth initiatives through data-driven decision making.


Process Improvement & Scalability

  • Develop scalable growth processes, marketing playbooks, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows using AI tools and marketing technologies.
  • Continuously evaluate new platforms, technologies, and best practices to improve marketing performance and scalability.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid acquisition channels.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies, growth funnels, conversion optimization, and digital marketing analytics.
  • Experience managing significant advertising budgets while achieving acquisition, revenue, and ROI targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), attribution, and marketing experimentation.
  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and customer lifecycle concepts is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable working with AI-powered tools to improve marketing productivity, campaign optimization, content generation, customer insights, and workflow automation.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, BI, Engineering, Creative, and AI teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, highly organized, and results-oriented, with a strong ownership mindset.
