Our client is looking for a Manager (Strategy and Communications) to support the review and development of thier organisational, business, and communications strategy. The candidate will be part of a small team which also supports specific aspects of strategy execution, such as fundraising and organisational brand-building efforts.

Key Responsibilities


Some of the specific job responsibilities are listed below:

  • Support the development of the organisational and business strategies, which could include conducting research on topics relevant to their work, tracking and consolidating internal data, supporting all aspects of the annual planning cycle, developing reports and presentation materials, etc.
  • Maintain thier suite of internal strategy and business documents, which involves regular tracking and reporting of key data and figures, ensuring information is up-to-date, etc.
  • Support organization funder engagement strategy, which could include landscape scanning and prospecting, developing pitch decks/engagement collaterals for potential funders, monitoring and impact reporting, etc.
  • Maintain and regularly update key communications collaterals and platforms e.g. corporate brochures, marketing collaterals, website and social media platforms, etc.

Experience and Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in government and public policy, ideally with some exposure to strategy, planning, and/or communications functions
  • Prior experience in branding and marketing would be an advantage

  • Develop account/cluster plans to grow client portfolios through upsell, cross-sell, and solution expansion strategies.
  • Lead strategic discussions with clients to understand challenges and provide relevant IT solutions.
  • Work closely with delivery, technical, and solutioning teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.
  • Drive financial planning and forecasting for accounts, ensuring revenue targets and profitability metrics are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor industry trends, policy changes, and digital initiatives in the public sector to adapt account strategies accordingly.
  • Lead proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations for account growth and renewals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT services sales or account management.
  • Experience working with or selling to Singapore's public sector (e.g., ministries, statutory boards, GLCs) with a strong understanding of procurement cycles and stakeholder landscape.
  • Brings strategic foresight, leadership acumen, and clear communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Internal Communications & Content Management:
  • Manage and maintain SharePoint platforms and microsites, create and publish engaging communications content for internal audiences, track engagement metrics and recommend improvements.

  • Campaign & Event Support:
