- Lead local incident responses and ensure timely logging, escalation, and resolution of IT-related issues affecting Branch operations.

· Documentation & Knowledge Management

- Maintain and continually update a complete library of Branch IT documentation, including manuals, procedures, and technical user guides.

- Develop and maintain a Knowledge Bank and User Guide Repository to support Branch users and new joiners.
