Job Title: Chief Technology Infrastructure Specialist

This is a challenging and exciting role that involves designing and implementing solutions to ensure high performance and service level agreements (SLAs) on key services across our ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, investigating, solving, and escalating infrastructure and software production issues.

• Ensure maximum uptime for multiple production systems by performing system operation and administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide daily operational support on HRMS systems hosted in AWS, Aliyun or any other cloud provider, the support scope is program update, issue troubleshooting, server maintenance/upgrades/patching, etc.
