Responsibilities

• To ensure delivery of SLA's with customers in a fast growing sector, including managing/ implementing operations for existing and new customers in accordance with the DSC standards.

• Continually review and improve business processes to improve productivity and add value to DHL services

• Manage the effective implementation and use of the appropriate technology in all sections of the service chain, to enhance service and improve productivity

• Analyse and produce realistic monthly P & L reporting

• Develop a high-performance service culture within the functional team.

• Plan, organize and direct an efficient and effective operation team

• Actively participate in team developmental plan, career advancement and training(s) as set out by HR

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management preferred.

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Operations Management, overseeing and controlling multiple functions

• Experience in reading and managing Profit and Loss statement would be advantageous.

• Must be highly motivated and able to supervise headcount of more than 90 and manage relationships with all levels of staff and customers

• Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse and facilities operations. This role includes managing the flow of goods, inventory control, facilities upkeep, and coordination with internal teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and delivery

• Verify all incoming/outgoing items against documentation

• Ensure items are properly handled, recorded, and in good condition

• Perform regular stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy across systems

• Organize and maintain proper inventory placement in the warehouse

• Coordinate with sales and retail teams on stock movement

• Load/unload goods for office, retail outlets, and storage

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across warehouse, office, and shops

• Assist with equipment delivery/setup (e.g., skincare devices)

• Support events such as new store openings or renovations

• Handle ad hoc operational tasks as required

WORKING HOURS

Monday to Thursday: 9:30AM to 6PM

Friday: 9:30AM to 5:30PM

Overtime and weekend work may be required based on operational needs.

• Manage full warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, assembling, and dispatching goods

• Process all inbound and outbound shipments; verify all goods against delivery documents

• Handle stocks and equipment responsibly; ensure items are in proper condition upon receipt and dispatch

• Maintain accurate inventory through regular stock counts (weekly, monthly, and cycle counts)

• Ensure inventory records in the system match physical stock levels

• Keep inventory organized and properly stacked in designated areas

• Coordinate closely with sales team and shop managers on inventory and deliveries

• Load and unload goods for delivery to shops, offices, and other premises

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized working conditions in the warehouse, shops, and office

• Ensure the day-to-day operations of all facilities are running smoothly and are fully equipped

• Deliver and assemble all necessary shop, office, and showroom equipment (e.g., facial devices, tools)

• Support activities related to store openings, renovations, refurbishments, and closures

• Perform any other duties assigned by management

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations

• Proven experience in managing warehouse operations end to end

• Hands-on experience coordinating deliveries and handling shipments

• Must have experience managing at least 2 warehouse staff

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse, Delivery & Operations Support

• Fulfill daily e-commerce online orders — including picking, packing, labeling, and dispatching parcels.
