Main Duties and Responsibilities Warehouse OperationsManage full warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, assembling, and dispatching goods
Process all inbound and outbound shipments; verify all goods against delivery documents
Handle stocks and equipment responsibly; ensure items are in proper condition upon receipt and dispatch
Maintain accurate inventory through regular stock counts (weekly, monthly, and cycle counts)
Ensure inventory records in the system match physical stock levels
Keep inventory organized and properly stacked in designated areas
Coordinate closely with sales team and shop managers on inventory and deliveries
Load and unload goods for delivery to shops, offices, and other premises
Maintain clean, safe, and organized working conditions in the warehouse, shops, and office
Ensure the day-to-day operations of all facilities are running smoothly and are fully equipped
Deliver and assemble all necessary shop, office, and showroom equipment (e.g., facial devices, tools)
Support activities related to store openings, renovations, refurbishments, and closures
Perform any other duties assigned by management
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations
Proven experience in managing warehouse operations end to end
Hands-on experience coordinating deliveries and handling shipments
Must have experience managing at least 2 warehouse staff

Key Responsibilities
