Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above; preference given to relevant majors such as Logistics/Supply Chain Management, International Trade, and Industrial Engineering.
• Over 8 years of comprehensive warehouse management experience, with experience in the establishment/operation of overseas warehouses and familiarity with multi-site warehouse networks.
• Familiar with the logistics and warehousing environment in key overseas regions, as well as local policies, labour costs, taxation, and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with the ability to optimise processes and implement standardised management.
• Strong data analysis skills, capable of interpreting warehouse KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and guiding operational improvements.
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of effective coordination with overseas teams or service providers.
