Pick and Pack Management: Plan and lead your team to ensure all orders are packed as per schedule and picked quickly so our internal delivery team as well as outsourced delivery providers can deliver our orders.
Inventory and Space Management: Plan and lead your team to ensure stocks are stored efficiently to maximize available storage space and for efficient picking of stock. Lead team to maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular cycle count and full physical inventory audits to minimize inventory losses.
Delivery Management: Plan and balance deliveries between internal delivery team as well as outsourced delivery providers; to ensure stocks get to our customers in time.
Facility/Equipment Management: Work with team and service providers to maintain warehouse facilities and equipment
