Ecommerce Operations Role

• Location: IMM Mall at Jurong East
• Office environment with aircon, not warehouse
• Unpack new stock, check inventory, and pack daily orders

What you will do

• Unpack new stock, count and check condition
• Shift new stocks to storage racks, around 1-4kg
• Pick and pack orders for online marketplaces and website
• Pack correctly before courier cut off timing
• Update simple inventory entries
• Keep the office and storage tidy
• Occasionally assist customers for purchases or exchanges

Requirements

• Fast, accurate packing and attention to detail
• Comfortable moving around to pick and pack in office
• Carrying electronics when shifting new stocks to storage racks
• Basic computer skills for labels and inventory
