Key Responsibilities
• Manage and execute customer orders accurately and efficiently — from order entry to on-time delivery commitment.
• Monitor and manage order backlogs, proactively communicating delays or issues and coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve them.
• Liaise with third-party logistics providers and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment, delivery, and proper documentation.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies such as purchase order mismatches, shipping document errors, or damaged goods.
• Prepare and process shipping and import/export documentation in compliance with trade and logistics requirements.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, or business process roles within a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry, documentation, and order management.
• Proven experience in process improvement and workflow optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently in a desk-based, hybrid work setting.
• Customer- and process-oriented mindset — able to balance operational efficiency with service quality.
• Good understanding of supply chain and quote-to-cash processes, including logistics and trade compliance.
• Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and comfortable using data tools to manage information flows.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros) and familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI) or automation tools (RPA) is an advantage.
