Key Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counts by checking physical inventory against system records and resolve any differences found.
- Identify and investigate inventory issues to ensure records match.
- Monitor and record slow-moving and obsolete stock items.
- Track items that are nearing expiry and update the Managing Director.
- Manage reconciliation of damaged and old stock efficiently.
- Handle store transfers and make necessary stock adjustments.
- Review processes and work with other departments to prevent stock losses.
- Quickly resolve any inventory-related problems.
- Prepare and send the weekly inventory report to the Managing Director.
- Support both internal and external audits during annual stock takes.
- Assist with other tasks or projects as assigned.
