- You will be primarily responsible for inventory management, accounting for 70% of your tasks, with the remaining 30% focusing on other accounts-related activities. Your role will require you to work 6 days a week.Your key responsibilities will include conducting stock audits and inventory accounting, ensuring physical stock verification aligns with Zoho Books at all company locations. You will collaborate with warehouse, operations, and regional teams to validate stock entries and ensure accuracy in real-time postings. Additionally, you will actively participate in upgrading and implementing Zoho, particularly in stock management modules, and address any discrepancies in stock records by taking corrective actions in coordination with relevant departments.Furthermore, you will be tasked with reconciling vendor Statement of Accounts (SOAs) with internal ledgers on a monthly basis and working with procurement and billing teams to resolve mismatches or delays in booking vendor invoices. As a finance point of contact for stock and vendor-related matters, you will coordinate across internal departments such as logistics, billing, and procurement, while collaborating with accounts, operations, and technology teams to ensure accurate data capture, process improvement, and compliance adherence.You will also be involved in systems and process improvement initiatives and will assist the finance leadership in ad-hoc financial assignments, including reporting, analysis, or project-based tasks as needed.To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce, accounting, or a related field. CA Inter or equivalent qualification is preferred. Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar ERP/Accounting systems is required, along with a strong understanding of accounting principles, inventory management, and vendor reconciliation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report preparation is essential, as well as a high level of accuracy, integrity, and accountability. - Support management and cross-functional teams/internal stakeholders with reports, analysis, and updates.
- Gather and compute data required for Sustainability programs

Job Requirements
- Candidate should have a Diploma with 1-2 years related experience
- Experience / knowledge in Supply Chain will be advantageous
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Good working knowledge with MS Office applications
- Hands-on experience with purchasing and inventory management modules of any ERP Systems preferred
