Job Summary:


The Supply Chain Management Executive is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of supply chain operations to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily supply chain activities, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery scheduling.
  • Work closely with Customer and 3PL to ensure timely sourcing and replenishment of stock.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement preferred.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP or inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Corrective and Preventive Actions

· Responsible for creating SOPs for supply chain and OTD processes to minimise errors ( process flow & timelines)

· Responsible for participating in error correction (including changes in SOPs if necessary)

· Responsible for implementing the developed corrective actions within their area of process and reviewing their effectiveness.
