Job Description:

Warehouse Worker (40 hours per week)

Working Times: 16:00 – 01:00

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for all warehouse-related activities, ensuring that operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards. What you'll do

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in receiving, sorting, and storing goods. You will verify orders and ensure their accuracy, including checking product names, sizes, codes, lot numbers, expiration dates, and quantities. You will also be responsible for the picking and packing of goods, ensuring they are ready for shipment according to schedule. Handling shipping documentation and ensuring all inventory is correctly processed in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) will also be part of your role. You will work towards maintaining a clean and safe working environment, preparing for the next day's tasks.

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about logistics and supply chain management.

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and storing goods, checking and retrieving items, loading and unloading cargo, repacking and palletizing for import and export shipments according to standard operating procedures.

Delivery man and warehouse worker. If there is no order to deliver, you have to help out and work in factory. Must be able to squat as working in factory need to squat alot. Working time is from 0815hours to 1730hours from Monday to Friday and 0815hours to 1300hours for Saturday and off on Sunday. Each employee will have 14 days leave after 3 months of probation period. Lunch will be provided from Monday to Friday.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Ensure kitted jobs release to production are correct such as part numbers and material requirement as stated in the job router.
• Follow and observe proper FIFO (First In First Out) of materials.
• Maintain proper material labelling and stocks recording.
• Ensure actual quantity and ERP system are tally and accurate.
• Ensure kitted jobs and released to production on time.
• Perform material transactions on timely manner.
• Use any safety features (machine guarding, interlocks, etc.) in place at respective machine in use and under any circumstances should not bypass.
• Report immediately to direct supervisor if any safety features (machine guarding, interlocks, etc.) are not functional or present some alteration.
• Perform cut to length process in accordance with the Manufacturing Process Instruction (MPI) and SA0379 document.
• Keep records for the kitted jobs for future reference and easy traceability.
• Perform line clearance and ensure cleanliness of kitting room.
• Maintain and comply with ISO 13485, GMP and FDA regulations.
