**Your Role**
The LICS is responsible for all aspects of the warehouse. Functions include, but are not limited to the receiving, receipting, inspecting, asset tagging, securely storing, handling, shipping, validating and preparing product for customer delivery, staging or internal/external transfer while maintaining the warehouse in a safe, clean and orderly fashion.
**Your Responsibilities**
+ Maintain accurate inventory records of hardware, spare parts, cables, and other data center equipment.
+ Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies to prevent shortages or overstocking.
+ Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and storage of equipment and materials arriving at the data center.

**Your Skills and Experiences**
+ Proven experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain roles, preferably in a data center or IT environment.
+ Strong organizational and documentation skills.
+ Familiarity with inventory management software and data center asset tracking tools.
+ Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
+ Knowledge of data center hardware and infrastructure is a plus.

Data Center Inventory Control Management (DCICM) is a key pillar within the Data Center Operations organization. The team ensures end-to-end inventory accuracy, material accountability, and logistical readiness across both live environments and data center build projects. **Responsibility Description:** The Inventory Control Specialist (IC4 - Lead) is a senior role responsible for managing and optimizing inventory operations within the data center environment. **Must Have Skills/Qualifications:**
+ 8+ years of experience Supporting Inventory Control, Logistics, or Warehouse Management
+ Familiarity with IT hardware and components commonly used in data center environments.
+ Proficiency in inventory management systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with barcoding and labeling systems are required.
+ Experience managing third-party logistics providers or vendors.
+ Physically able to perform material handling tasks (moving, storing, lifting etc.)

AWS Infrastructure is looking for a talented, driven, and highly analytical, Supply Chain Manager with demonstrated experience driving process improvement.
This role manages (contract manufacturing) vendor(s) critical to the successful fulfillment of hardware to AWS data centers globally. The role is primarily responsible for Site Performance (output, quality, efficiency, costs), CM Partner Relationship Management. The primary performance metrics associated with this- role are target daily / weekly output, SLA adherence as an input to AIS Capacity Delivery Reliability (CDR), First Pass Yield and on-time NPI readiness for all rack types enabled within the region. Secondary metrics include staffed site capacity utilization, Clear-To-Build, server bone-pile, and Racks-in-Transit (RIT).
Key job responsibilities
1. Day-to-day management responsibility for high velocity assembly operations
2. Act as point of escalation for all vendor related issues
3. Manage vendor operational excellence through data driven metrics and continuous improvement activities

A day in the life
1. Review Production Metrics and Escalations: Begin the day by reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs) from the previous day’s high-velocity assembly operations. Identify any immediate escalations from vendors or internal teams and address them quickly to prevent production delays.
2. Cross-Functional Meeting on Supply Chain Efficiency: Attend a cross-functional meeting with stakeholders from procurement, logistics, and manufacturing to discuss ongoing supply chain initiatives. Review progress on strategic initiatives, focusing on reducing lead times and lowering overall costs.
3. Vendor Operational Excellence Review: Analyze vendor performance metrics, including delivery times, quality control, and adherence to contracts. Identify trends or issues, and use data-driven analysis to recommend performance improvements. Lead a discussion with key vendors to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Business Process Analysis and Improvement: Dive deep into business analytics to identify potential areas for improving internal and external processes. Present findings to relevant teams and propose scalable, data-backed solutions to enhance production efficiency and customer satisfaction.
5. Team Sync on Technical Systems Changes: Collaborate with internal technical teams to discuss necessary system changes that can drive improved efficiencies in cross-functional processes. Provide clear requirements and set project timelines to ensure system updates align with production goals.
6. Meet with a key vendor partner to discuss mutual benefits of ongoing initiatives. Discuss potential process improvements, technology upgrades, and long-term partnership strategies that will drive value for both organizations.
7. Project Management and Results Review: Check on the status of ongoing projects with internal and external teams. Ensure deliverables are on track by reviewing timelines, setting expectations, and mitigating any risks or roadblocks. Push for results in line with operational goals.
8. SOP Review and Compliance Check: Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for material management processes. Ensure these are up-to-date and in compliance with both company policies and regulatory standards. Identify any gaps and set action plans to address them.
9. Production Schedule Review and Forecast Analysis: Review production schedules and demand forecasts for the upcoming weeks. Ensure that customer requirements are being met while maximizing site utilization. Make adjustments as needed to balance efficiency and flexibility in the supply chain.
10. End-of-Day Review and Continuous Improvement Planning: Reflect on the day’s activities and prepare a summary of key outcomes for the management team. Set goals for the following day, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives, particularly around lowering risks and reducing lead times.

Your primary focus will be on management consulting projects that support HELP’s partner organizations in shaping their supply chain strategy to fulfill their mission. You will work with small teams of internal and external experts to understand and assess the as-is situation of supply chain processes, functions, and structures, develop and present conclusive recommendations, and accompany the implementation process on a needs basis.
Your extensive consulting expertise, analytical skills, and problem-solving mindset will enhance HELP’s capacity to deliver impactful projects and the organization's thought leadership position in keeping abreast of new trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Based in Singapore, you will collaborate with leading logistics and supply chain management researcher and consultants around the globe, and have the chance to contribute to selected research projects and tap into new methods, contents, and solutions. As part of our team, you will create a bridge between humanitarian, commercial, and academic organizations with innovative supply chain knowledge and solutions.
To continuously strengthen the reputation, footprint, and impact of HELP Logistics, you will support outreach activities by sharing and presenting project results through publications and at public events. Job Requirements
Educational Background:
A Masters degree in Supply Chain Management and/or Global Logistics or Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management or Economics from a recognised academic institution.
Professional Experience:
3-5 years of consulting and project management experience in the fields of organisational strategies and/or supply chain operations.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception to implementation, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and impact evaluation.
Proven track record in process optimization, with hands-on experience in applying analytical and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) to improve supply chain performance.
