核心定位:统筹仓库与物流配送全链条运营管理,通过高效的人员调配、流程优化及跨部门协同,保障仓储收、发、存、拣、盘及配送全环节顺畅运转,严守货品安全、作业安全及消防安全底线,实现降本增效与履约保障双重目标。

主要职责

1.团队管理与效能提升

◦ 负责所辖部门管理人员(组长、数据员、配送调度等)的招聘、培训、绩效考核与能力发展,搭建高效管理梯队,确保部门整体工作水平持续提升,达成“费比最优、体验最佳”目标。

◦ 主导一线作业员工(含仓储、配送岗位)的考核、汰换机制,建立科学的计件薪酬模型及标准化业务培训、考核体系,赋能管理团队,提升员工作业效率与质量。

◦ 根据每日订单量、配送路线及员工资源池情况,统筹各班次、各组别员工的出勤排班,确保各温层(如冷冻、冷藏、常温)在费率可控、质量达标的前提下准时开仓,配送环节高效衔接。

2. 仓配全链路运营保障

◦ 统筹仓库收、发、存、拣、盘等全流程业务管理,同步负责物流配送全环节(如配送路线规划、运力调度、末端交付、异常处理等)的统筹与优化,制定标准化作业规范,确保货品收发准确、库存清晰、配送及时。

◦ 监控仓配各环节核心指标(如仓储差错率、配送时效、货损率等),定期复盘并优化流程,提升全链路运营效率。

3. 应急响应与资源调配

◦ 配合上级主管应对各类突发情况(如订单激增、配送延迟、设备故障、人员短缺、极端天气影响等),快速调配内外部资源(如临时运力、备用设备、机动人员等),确保仓配作业任务按时完成,不影响履约时效。

4. 跨部门协同与问题优化

◦ 负责与物流合作方、采购、销售、门店/客户等协同方的日常对接,建立高效信息传递机制,确保配送需求、异常情况(如配送地址变更、货品破损)等及时反馈并快速响应。

◦ 定期分析仓配核心数据(如履约率、配送差错率、仓配成本占比等),梳理运营问题,制定并落地优化方案,推动降本、增效、保履约。

5. 安全管理与外部对接

◦ 负责与园区物业管理方、物流合作方的日常沟通,协调仓库硬件设施(如制冷设备、货架、消防设施等)及配送车辆的维护与问题整改,保障场地、设备及运力正常运行。

◦ 主导仓配全环节安全管理:定期组织消防培训与演习,落实防火防盗措施;监督仓储特种设备(如叉车、登高设备等)及配送车辆的作业规范,尤其关注高空作业、道路运输安全,消除各类安全隐患。

6. 临时任务执行

◦ 高效完成上级主管交办的其他合理临时性工作,确保不影响核心业务进度。

岗位要求

1.学历背景:大专及以上学历,物流管理、供应链管理等相关专业优先。

2.语言能力:熟练运用中文进行工作沟通,具备英语读写能力,可处理英文单据、邮件或国际业务对接。

3.经验要求:

◦ 3年以上餐饮城配行业仓配全盘管理经验(含仓储+物流配送模块),熟悉冷链仓配全流程(收、发、存、温控、配送调度等)。

◦ 具备50人以上大型团队(含仓储、配送岗位)管理经验,熟悉当地用工及物流行业政策,拥有一定本地劳务资源及运力合作资源。

4.核心能力:

◦ 出色的跨部门及物流合作方协调能力、强执行力及快速学习能力,善于通过沟通解决复杂问题。

◦ 具备成本意识与数据敏感度,能从仓配全链路数据中发现问题并推动优化。

5.专业知识与技能:

◦ 熟练操作ERP、WMS系统及物流配送管理系统(如TMS),能通过系统数据监控与优化仓配全流程。

◦ 掌握专业的冷链储运及配送知识(如温层管理、货品保鲜、配送路线规划、冷链车辆维护等),了解餐饮行业仓配特殊要求(如食材保质期、合规存储与配送标准等)。

6.其他要求:

◦ 具备强烈的安全意识与责任心,能严格执行安全规范,应对突发安全事件。
