- Location : Alexandra
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8AM to 5PM / 8.30AM to 5.30PM / 9AM to 6PM / 9.30AM to 6.30PM / 10AM to 7PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $,000 Basic + Midnight Allowance + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus (Up to 3 Months) + Medical Benefits ( 500/year) with Dependents Coverage + 14 - 17 Days Annual Leave + Company Activities + Company Trips
- Duration : Perm / 2 Years Contract (Renewable or Convertible to Perm)

Responsibilities:
- Lead all coordination activities with external SWCs and oversee the execution of LTA and SMRT projects.
- Attend interface and coordination meetings with LTA, SMRT, and various System Wide Contractors (SWCs).
- Take the lead in managing site installation schedules for projects and supervising site subcontractors.
- Monitor and supervise all on-site activities and track work progress.
- Prepare project documentation, including Method Statements, Risk Assessments (MSRA), project schedules, and work procedures.
- Organize weekly meetings with the internal Project Manager to review work schedules and plan resource allocation.
Requirements:
Minimum Nitec in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or related qualifications
- Relevant site co-ordination experience in LTA/SMRT projects
- No experience welcome too, training will be provided

Requirements
- Min 5 years or above related working experience in security, electronic or small electronic system design, technical training, pre-sales technical presentation, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Basic IT knowledge in security hardware, network and database.
- Familiar with security access control system, CCTV and alarm system products / systems is an advantage.
- Candidates with technical presales background will be an advantage.
