What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Hands-on Systems Deployment: Lead the installation, setup, and deployment of our AV and IT systems. This includes hands-on work with wiring, cabling, and using hand/power tools to ensure every project is executed with precision.
• Customer Support & Training: Provide direct technical support to our clients. You'll be the one who resolves issues and trains users, making sure they can use their new systems effectively.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Serve as a go-to expert for troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues. You'll work with our partners to find solutions and manage the RMA process for equipment.
• Project Execution: Read and interpret technical plans and diagrams to ensure all specifications are met. You'll be responsible for the seamless execution of projects, from initial setup to final delivery.

Who We're Looking For:

We need a self-starter with a solid technical background and a can-do attitude.

• Technical Skills: You are proficient in Professional Audio, Video, Lighting, and IT networks.
• Experience: You have 1-2 years of verifiable, hands-on experience setting up and supporting these types of systems. Experience with live production or multimedia technology is a big plus.
• Specialized Knowledge: Any experience with Q-SYS Design (LUA or Block) programming will make you a very strong candidate.
• Customer Focus: You can confidently talk to clients and provide professional, clear support.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Specialist to support our Dealer Support and Development Program. The successful candidate will work closely with the reporting Manager to plan, develop, and implement specific Dealer Support and Development Programs to ensure Dealers meet company standards.

• Dealer Development:
• Plan and execute trainings on new products to dealers.
• Prepare and review training materials.
• Organize regional trainings to dealers based on training needs.
• Dealer Support:
• Manage and oversee services.
