What you’ll do
Customer Onboarding
Deliver a seamless onboarding experience to new customers.

Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts. Responsible for the inbound inquiries and working with internal stakeholders to provide answers and solutions.

What the role is:

As the custodian of Singapore’s built heritage, URA is responsible for recommending buildings for conservation, regulating restoration projects, and the planning and management of heritage districts. We also promote awareness of our built heritage and best practices in restoration and management of the buildings.Through our built heritage, we aim to connect the past, present and future generations of Singaporeans.The successful candidate will be offered a 1 year contract.
Responsibilities
Search, retrieve, extract, digitise and/or data entry of archival records.
Support the development of digital planning tools and systems and maintaining data accuracy;
Assist planners and architects in the maintenance, extraction and analysis of data using GIS software (e.g. ArcGIS) and/or other applications (AutoCAD, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
Qualifications
Polytechnic diploma in Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Information Systems, Information Technology, Geospatial Information Technology or related fields
Ability to read and interpret building and floor plans is preferred (e.g. BIM, PDF and CAD drawings).
Experience in GIS technologies and/or ESRI ArcGIS products will be an advantage.
Have adequate proficiency in Microsoft Suites software, especially Microsoft Excel.
Quick learner in understanding agencies’ processes and learning new software (e.g. ArcGIS).Interest in Singapore’s built heritage and/or organising archival records would be favourable.
