Role / Scope
Ownership of ICT / ELV Infrastructure Planning line-of-business under Smart City Advisory Services (Primary Role), including Business Development, Pre-sales and Delivery of projects;
ICT Infrastructure Project roles include:
Proposing of most optimal solution for ICT / ELV infrastructure that is both practical and economically feasible to in-house and external building and estate architects, infrastructure teams, and end clients
Gathering of ICT / ELV Infrastructure requirements for all projects and sub-projects with ICT / ELV Infrastructure deliverables
Conducting assessments and producing a set of reports and drawings based on client’s notional design scheme and proposals, and providing cost estimates for the proposed infrastructure
Liaison with relevant authorities or agencies to obtain in-principle approvals for the design
Developing detailed designs including detailed calculations, detailed specifications, detailed drawings etc for the purpose of calling the construction tender
Preparing Tender Specifications for ICT / ELV Infrastructure, Tender Management and Evaluation as part of overall township development
Overseeing contractors implementing ICT / ELV Infrastructure as part of overall township and infrastructure construction
Participation in Smart City Master-planning and Programme Management projects under Smart City Advisory Services (Primary Role)
Research and benchmark projects and technologies
Has knowledge of the technologies for smart city and smart buildings
Technological budgeting
Prepare materials and conduct stakeholders workshops
Willing to work with overseas projects which may require different time zone
Able to work independently, provides suggestions and ideas
Motivation to advance further in your career path
Pre-sales support in solutioning (Secondary Role)
Requirements
Competent in communications and network technologies and protocols, such as fibre and cellular technologies, Bluetooth / BLE, WiFi.
Experience in city-wide and campus routing, ducting and manholes will be useful
Experience in power requirements for sensors and network equipment
Industry certification eg. CCNP, CCIE qualifications are highly desirable
10+ years of experience in the telecommunications / IoT field including architecture design and deployment of Metro / Estate networks
Experience in dealing with vendors on technology and services
Project Management experience with PMP is highly desirable
Able to articulate and convey your ideas across audience

About The Role:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for lead generation, supporting the qualification of all leads and increasing the top of the funnel. SDR is also required to set meetings for the Account Executives (AE) as part of the day-to-day scope.
What you’ll do
Generates high-quality leads by reaching out to prospects in the form of pitching via cold calls, e-mails or social networks. Follow-ups are required.
Sources lead and evaluate opportunities to determine their viability as a cloud kitchen operator.
