Develop and maintain regular reports (e.g., monthly, quarterly) that provide actionable insights on business performance, operations, and market trends.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest data-driven solutions to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
Explore new business opportunities/model for white space expansion.
Develop predictive models to forecast future growth and identify opportunities for business innovation and improvement.
Develop new analytic tools for decision making. Drive projects on digitalization to support commercial team for process improvement
Key requirement
Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
8-10 years' experience in Data analysis/ Business Intelligence, preferably within the Flavors Industry.
High proficiency in Sales Force, BI tools, databases, and data analysis techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
Regional experience.
Data driven mindset and strong analytical skills with experience in using internal, primary and syndicated research/data, market and competitive analysis.
Ability to solve complex business problems using data. proactive in delivering actionable business insights and solutions from complex processes.
Attention to Detail - High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings clearly.
Ability to influence and a strong negotiator.
