Required Knowledge and Experience

- Junior-level experience in any of the following roles - Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Management role.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, servant leadership, facilitation, and team empowerment.
- Experience or exposure to project management, business analysis, or product ownership in a technology or software development environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
Preferred Skills/Experience (Any combination of these is a plus)
- Experience with the SAFe framework or other scaled agile approaches.
- Familiarity with Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, and Automated Testing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft AzureDevOps, Confluence and Excel.

- Experience in Agile Delivery Methodology.
- Scrum proficiency at an advanced level, along with advanced proficiency in Agile project management.
- With Scrum Master certification or equivalent (CSM, PSM I), (CSP, PSM II), Project Management Professional (PMP), ACP or SCRUM certification.
