The Engine Overhaul business has the capability to service all products in the Trent engine family, this includes: Trent 500, Trent 700, Trent 800, Trent 900, Trent 1000 and Trent XWB; SAESL is the only Trent engine MRO that can support all product variants. The Engine Overhaul business has the capacity to repair and overhaul over 300 Trent engines per year and it is equipped with a state-of-the-art Engine Test Facility that supports our best in class engine turnaround times.

Lean Operating System (OS) Framework
- Support the design, implementation and sustainment of the Lean Operating System Framework
- Oversee and drive all aspects of the Lean Operating System strategies, policies, reporting and initiatives within the Business Vertical, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment, compliance and drive the Continuous Improvement culture
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to foster a culture of Continuous Improvement and ensure that the Lean principles are consistently applied across operations
- Support and drive long-term sustainment plans to ensure Lean initiatives continue to generate value over time
- Engage key stakeholders within Business Vertical to implement the Lean Operating System and operations risk requirements, and to strengthen the Lean and Risk culture and applications of the Framework standards
- Maintain Framework training needs and compliance blueprint including delivery for relevant courses to ensure vertical-wide adoption, alignment and understanding, and conducting verifications, assessment and inspections within the Business Vertical
- Monitor and evaluate operations risk and control adequacy and effectiveness within Business Vertical to drive proactive risk management and monitor adherence through key risk indicators
- Identify and address deviations from established standards, and work with Business Vertical stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence
- Maintain SQCDP performance dashboards and Level 1,2,3 operations risk dashboard to provide a risk profile of the various levels
- Facilitate and support Kaizen events identified from VSM bursts and drive process improvements/solutions within Business Vertical
- Lead & manage the project scope, schedule, milestones, escalation and cost for whole function with success measurements for projects assigned by management or defined by analysis
- Coordinate roll up of improvement projects and Kaizen events to transform the Business Vertical
- Prepare and present reports to Business Vertical management and Senior Leadership Team on Lean Operating System effectiveness, Maturity Assessment and highlight actions to address gaps and opportunities for improvements
- Collaborate with QSSRL business functions stakeholders for monitoring and adherence to operations risk and SQCDP indicators for reporting, and to ensure that actions are meeting the intent and at the required pace
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder in any field with engineering preferred
- Min. 5 years working experience in Risk or Lean or related field
- Certification in Lean Management (Green Belt or Black Belt or actively pursuing Black Belt)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms)
- Experience in Microsoft Power Platforms (e.g. PowerBI, PowerAutomate) is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and pivot as necessary based on changing business needs
- Strong understanding and application of lean operating system with a focus on solutioning and maturing of framework
- Strong sense of accountability, with the ability to take ownership of projects and deliver measurable results that align with business objectives
- Good stakeholder management and facilitation skills to drive programmes to encourage buy-in and participation in continuous improvement initiatives/programmes

We are seeking a talented and motivated Regional Supply Chain Excellence Business Analyst to join our team and drive lean initiatives across our regional supply chain operations.
Job Summary:
The Regional Lean Manufacturing Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation and sustainability of lean principles across multiple facilities within the specified region. This role involves collaborating with teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize processes, and foster a culture of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lean Support: Assist in the deployment of lean methodologies, including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Six Sigma, to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.
Training & Coaching: Provide training and coaching to employees at all levels to build lean capabilities and ensure consistent application of lean principles, leveraging the Agilent Supply Chain Excellence playbooks and materials.
Process Analysis: Analyze current manufacturing and logistics processes, identify areas for improvement, and support the implementation of solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring: Help develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of lean initiatives.
Project Assistance: Support multiple lean projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, quality, and supply chain, to drive lean initiatives and achieve operational goals.
Change Facilitation: Assist in change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new practices.
Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation, problem-solving, and proactive thinking among employees.
Qualifications
Minimum BA/BS in Business, Engineering/Chemistry/Biology or related.
8+ experience with LEAN, CI, TPS, DBS, and/or Six Sigma tools and programs and related with demonstrated ability to lead and implement manufacturing excellence programs working in diverse teams.
2+ years management experience working in manufacturing, logistics, or operations.
Demonstrated ability to work in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders and with teams to organize and present business cases and coordinate resources across technical, operations, quality, site management and to improve productivity.
Ability to travel 25-50% within base region with occasional travel globally.
