The Job:

  • Ensure proper implementation of Lean/Continuous Improvement tools & Lean projects across various departments in support of the organization's goals
  • Promote, educate and train employees on Lean/Continuous Improvement concepts, tools and initiatives

  • Diploma in Engineering or other related fields

  • Ability to work effectively in a highly energetic and dynamic environment
  • Pro-active, resourceful, self-motivated, result-oriented, independent with good initiatives
  • Excellent project management skills with good time management
  • Dedicated to strong teamwork with the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas.
  • Hands-on experience in managing cross functional Lean projects or changes throughout all levels of businesses
  • Prior experience in Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, JIRA, Power BI, VBA and Macros is preferred

Au quotidien, vous êtes en interaction avec les différents services d'UPS. Vous :

  • Participez et suivez la mise en place de projets en vous assurant que toutes les étapes sont respectées. Exemple de projets : implémentations d'un nouveau système et ses conséquences opérationnelles, revue des process existant en vue d'améliorer nos mesures de performance et la productivité, ventilation des racks dans le but de gagner des emplacements supplémentaires, etc.
  • Participez aux réunions hebdomadaires liée au développement de l'excellence opérationnelle du site (5S, Lean6Sigma,CI).
  • Assistez au suivi quotidien de l'activité logistique afin de mesurer l'atteinte des objectifs fixés par le client en matière de réception, stockage, préparation de commandes, d'expéditions et de gestion de l'ordre des priorités.
  • Etablissez et proposez des plans d'actions dans le but d'améliorer les performances du site.
