  • In-depth knowledge of AWS services including ALB, VPC, IAM, EC2, EKS, CloudWatch, S3, RDS, Route53. Experience in similar services for GCP is a plus
  • Experience with load balancers and Ingress controllers such as Ngnix, HAProxy, ALB, NLB
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
  • 3+ years of Linux/UNIX administration experience
  • In depth understanding of Linux/UNIX fundamentals, including kernel subsystems, system calls, inter-process communication, process/resource management and file systems

  • Maintain the technical solutions for applications deployment and maintenance

  1. Infrastructure & Cloud Operations
  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) using IaC tools (Terraform)
  • Automate provisioning, scaling, and monitoring using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and improve developer velocity
  • Optimize cloud costs while ensuring high availability and fault tolerance
  • Database Engineering & Performance
    • Administer and optimize relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Vertica) and NoSQL (Aerospike, Redis) databases
    • Fine-tune queries, indexes, and schemas for high-throughput applications
    • Implement replication, sharding, and clustering for scalability and HA
    • Manage data pipelines (Kafka, Spark, Airflow) for real-time analytics
  • Capacity Planning & Scaling
    • Monitor database growth trends and perform capacity planning to optimize resource usage.
    • Scale databases (horizontally/vertically) to meet business demands.
  • Observability & Reliability
    • Build monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana)
    • Practice SRE principles to improve system reliability (SLIs/SLOs, error budgets)
    • Conduct performance benchmarking, stress testing, and disaster recovery drills
  • Automation & Cloud Database Management
    • Develop Python/Go/Shell scripts to automate repetitive tasks
    • Maintain configuration management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet) for consistency

    【Who You Are】

    • Basic Requirements
      • 3+ years of DBA experience with expertise in mainstream database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Vertica, Aerospike, etc.).
      • Strong knowledge of SQL optimization, index design, transaction management, and locking mechanisms.
      • Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems and scripting languages (Shell/Python) for automation.
      • Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining high-availability database solutions (e.g., replication, clustering).
    • Preferred Skills
      • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra).
      • Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) is a plus.
      • Experience managing cloud databases (Google Cloud SQL, AWS RDS, Aurora).
      • Knowledge of the advertising technology (AdTech) industry or large-scale data processing.
      • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and package management with Helm charts
      • Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
    • Soft Skills
      • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
      • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly under pressure.
      • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with development, operations, and product teams.
