Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program/Project Manager to oversee and drive successful project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and ensuring alignment with company goals. He will also manage team members in delivering high-quality solutions for our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline and budget.
· Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
· Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
· Prepare high-quality project reports, proposals, and documentation with excellent English composition.
· Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
· Manage sub-contractors and suppliers involved in the production process.
· Participate in pre-sales processes and define customer solutions.
· Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
· Ensure quality assurance of system solutions, including project output reviews.
· Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and policies.
· Ensure compliance with government regulations and contractual obligations.
· Guide teams on standardized methodologies and best practices in collaborative projects.
· Engage with government agencies such as DSTA, MHA, and other relevant bodies where applicable.
· Facilitate regular status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
· Travel as required to meet project objectives and stakeholders.
Requirements:
· Background in technical discipline preferred, e.g., Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or Software Engineering.
· Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, including demonstrated experience in managing and successfully completing multi-million-dollar projects.
· Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
· Experience in handling government projects, particularly with agencies such as DSTA and MHA, will be a significant advantage.
· Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Understanding of Management Accounting and cost management techniques.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Self-motivated and resilient, with composure to deal with circumstances and customer demands.
· PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or comparable designation.
· Hands-on experience with project management tools.
· Willingness to travel as required.
· Singapore Citizen (Mandatory Requirement).
