Role Overview

The Scrum Master will be the driving force behind the smooth operation of our workflows. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Processes to streamline internal processes and maximise external output

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Project Management, Business, or related field (preferred).

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally within a creative, digital, or marketing agency.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Ability to balance structure with flexibility in a creative, fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
