The Role:
Primary function is to plan and monitor daily work operations for a team of operators. Provide direction to this team to achieve departmental and organizational goals. Job Summary
The Production Supervisor / Area Owner is responsible for supervising daily production operations within the Battery Recycling Plant, ensuring effective production planning, process stability, and quality performance. Key Responsibilities

- Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Lead and independently execute Feasibility, Conceptual, Basic, Front End Engineering Design and Detailed Engineering Design for oil & gas, utility, biofuel and energy-related projects.
- Preparation of various Process deliverables, including but not limited to Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Process design basis and philosophies.
- Perform and review process simulations and calculations (heat and material balance, hydraulic, utility consumption) as well as equipment and instrument sizing for tanks, pumps, compressors, pressure safety valves (PSV), control valves and etc.
- Carry out surge (transient) analysis for pipeline and process systems, including assessment of pressure surges due to events such as valve closures, pump trips, and recommend suitable mitigation measures.
