Position Summary

The Senior/ Production Supervisor is responsible for driving and meeting the daily targets set, in addition to ensuring that the line complies with the SOP and has a Safety-First mindset.

This role ensures that production targets are met with consistent quality, hygiene, and efficiency, while managing a team of kitchen staff and production workers.

PRIMARY FUNCTION

• Actively plan and organize the day to day manufacturing operations and schedules.

• Coach and direct individuals and the team to meet performance goals and objectives.
• Lead efforts required to deliver the EHS performance for the shift/line of accountability.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
