Job Responsibilities
- Learn and understand all aspects of food production, quality control, and safety standards.
- Assist in production planning and execution to meet daily targets.

About the Role

As a production supervisor, you will oversee daily operations related to the preparation of matcha beverages, desserts, and café food items. You will also be responsible for leading, training, and managing a team of baristas, kitchen staff, and production assistants.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations related to the preparation of matcha beverages, desserts, and café food items
- Lead, train, and manage a team of baristas, kitchen staff, and production assistants
- Ensure product consistency, quality control, and adherence to presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food hygiene regulations (SFA, NEA, etc.)
- Monitor ingredient inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock levels
- Develop and maintain SOPs for drink preparation, equipment use, and safety practices
- Assist in new menu item testing and implementation
- Troubleshoot production issues and suggest process improvements
- Prepare daily production reports and collaborate with management on performance and output
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience in a cafe, F&B, or beverage production environment
- Strong knowledge of matcha drinks, tea-based beverages, and café-style desserts is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations in Singapore (e.g., SFA, NEA standards)
- Good organizational, communication, and leadership skills
