Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Management Executive is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of supply chain operations to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
The role involves working closely with suppliers, logistics providers, internal stakeholders, and customers to maintain smooth supply chain processes and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily supply chain activities, including order processing, inventory management, and delivery scheduling.
- Work closely with Customer and 3PL to ensure timely sourcing and replenishment of stock.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to monitor order status and resolve delivery or quality issues.
- Track and update shipment schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and proper documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and support demand planning.
- Prepare and maintain accurate supply chain reports and documentation.
- Assist in cost analysis and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost savings.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth workflow and information sharing.
- Handle import/export documentation and coordinate with customs brokers or freight forwarders as required.
- Support compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in supply chain improvement projects and system enhancements as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement preferred.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP or inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

The Senior Director, Supply Chain Management – APAC, will lead our regional end-to-end supply chain operations and device monetisation efforts across key markets in new and existing programs across various markets in APAC, including Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Taiwan.
The role will be responsible for driving operational excellence across forward logistics, fulfilment, reverse logistics, and supplier management to support both Core programs (existing business) and Enterprise opportunities (new opportunities/businesses) across device lifecycle products and programs. In addition, the role will own execution of monetisation strategy for used devices across device protection, upgrade and trade-in programs with a focus on maximising residual value through multi-channel resale, refurbishment and liquidation strategies.
The role will be accountable for designing and executing market-specific approaches to optimize supply chain efficiency and extract maximum value from used devices through multi-channel resale and liquidation strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading regional teams, driving operational efficiency, and managing external partnerships across both supply chain and commercial domains.
What are the key responsibilities?
Supply Chain
- Oversee and optimize regional supply chain functions, including warehousing, logistics, inventory management, and reverse logistics.
- Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies to support growth, improve operational efficiency, and enable scalability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, customs, and import/export controls across APAC markets.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with global and local teams to align supply chain goals with broader business priorities.
Device Monetization & Second-Life Strategy
- Design and execute monetization strategies for second-hand and used devices (smartphones, laptops, etc.) across multiple programs — including device protection, trade-ins, and upgrades.
- Build and manage buyer portfolios and resale channels including B2B wholesale, online marketplaces, auctions, refurbishment partners, and recycling vendors.
- Optimize resale outcomes by continuously assessing buyer performance, pricing strategies, and liquidation approaches.
- Establish geo-specific strategies to maximize recovery value while ensuring compliance with local market regulations.
Monitoring & Performance Management
- Define and track KPIs across both supply chain and monetization functions.
- Regularly present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Own reporting cadence, dashboards, and reviews to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Vendor & SLA Management
- Manage third-party logistics providers, refurbishment partners, and monetization vendors — including contract negotiations, performance reviews, and compliance with SLAs.
- Maintain transparency and accountability through weekly reporting and performance dashboards.
People Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-country team, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive organizational capability through effective talent development, succession planning, and performance management
Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in supply chain, operations, and/or device monetization, with at least 8 years in regional leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success managing complex programs involving logistics, resale channels, pricing, and cross-border operations.
- Experience in telecom, consumer electronics, or related sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing P&L, pricing strategy, and third-party partnerships.
- Deep understanding of second-life product ecosystems, device grading, and resale models is highly advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, matrixed, and fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven, analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Willingness to travel across the region as required.

As a Supply Chain Consultant , you will be a key member of the HELP Logistics team and report to the Regional Director of Asia. Your primary focus will be on management consulting projects that support HELP’s partner organizations in shaping their supply chain strategy to fulfill their mission. You will work with small teams of internal and external experts to understand and assess the as-is situation of supply chain processes, functions, and structures, develop and present conclusive recommendations, and accompany the implementation process on a needs basis.
Your extensive consulting expertise, analytical skills, and problem-solving mindset will enhance HELP’s capacity to deliver impactful projects and the organization's thought leadership position in keeping abreast of new trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Based in Singapore, you will collaborate with leading logistics and supply chain management researcher and consultants around the globe, and have the chance to contribute to selected research projects and tap into new methods, contents, and solutions. As part of our team, you will create a bridge between humanitarian, commercial, and academic organizations with innovative supply chain knowledge and solutions.
To continuously strengthen the reputation, footprint, and impact of HELP Logistics, you will support outreach activities by sharing and presenting project results through publications and at public events. Job Requirements
Educational Background:
A Masters degree in Supply Chain Management and/or Global Logistics or Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management or Economics from a recognised academic institution.
Professional Experience:
3-5 years of consulting and project management experience in the fields of organisational strategies and/or supply chain operations.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception to implementation, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and impact evaluation.
Proven track record in process optimization, with hands-on experience in applying analytical and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) to improve supply chain performance.
Experience working in or with humanitarian organizations, understanding the unique challenges and requirements of supply chain management is beneficial.
