• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical/Microelectronics Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years of process experience in Wets.
• Experience in Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Able to work in both day and night rotating shifts and flexible shift patterns.

The role involves working as a manufacturing specialist in the semiconductor industry. The work schedule includes 5 days with an 8.5-hour shift, accompanied by company-provided transportation.

• NITEC or higher NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Microelectronics or any related engineering studies
• Experience in Assembly, Build, Test, Preventive Maintenance

About Us

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist engineers with new product introduction, perform data analysis, execute experimental lots, and ensure compliance with manufacturing flow.
• Collaborate with module engineers and technicians to set up a new product, including inline control plans, NTO lot arrangement, and failure analysis submissions.
• Analyze inline/WAT data under the guidance of process integration engineering staff using established procedures and software.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Provide technical expertise in manufacturing processes involving cables, wire harnesses, and electro-mechanical assemblies, including testing and inspection.

Semiconductor Process Engineer Role:

We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production group, you will be responsible for developing and improving dry etch processes to meet the requirements of our customers.

• Process Development: Develop new or modified process formulations, define processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and review processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products.
• Technical Support: Provide support to customers' engineers on the development of dry etch processes.
• Coordination: Coordinate design requirement reviews with appropriate engineering/scientific personnel to ensure compatibility of processing methods.
• Data Analysis: Compile and evaluate test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications.
• Troubleshooting: Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot processes and integration problems.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Proficiency in risk management, DFMEA, PFMEA, reliability, and 8D/CAPA methodology.
• Certified Quality Auditor, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
