Required Qualifications
Master's degree

• Responsible for the cleanroom 5S management, carry 5S activities to meet FAB KPI

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Manufacturing Process Specialist to play a pivotal role in the setup and ramp of our next-generation semiconductor manufacturing line.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry standards, including deposition, etch, lithography, and metrology. Experience in process transfer to pilot production lines will be essential for a successful and efficient fab ramp-up.

• Review existing R&D processes, train on knowledge, and transfer skills to pilot production lines. Develop comprehensive checklists to ensure seamless process transfer and material management.
• Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on complex process engineering experiments for multiple products within safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, integration, operations, and hardware teams, to meet technology transfer and production milestones.
• Manage schedules, deliverables, and risks for technology transfer and production projects within safety guidelines.
• Coordinate training sessions with R&D transfer engineers and train engineers in measurement techniques, data interpretation, and troubleshooting methodologies for multiple products.
• Interact with customers to resolve complex process engineering issues and problems with minimal supervision.
• Develop and implement new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation. Utilize techniques to characterize hardware, define methods, apply new technologies, and perform hardware characterization on complex systems for multiple products within safety guidelines.
• Generate internal and external documentation, presentations, technical reports, and process engineering specifications.
