We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in sustaining and improving process control to meet quality, cost, and productivity requirements.
Your primary responsibility will be to analyze data from SPC charts using SPACE, understand the significance of PR rules, and perform proper annotation to maintain high-quality troubleshooting rates for SPC OOC. You will also review ESPC charts using SPACE, know all the rules for ESPC, and analyze split lot, DOE data, ET, sort yield using JMP, Klarity ACE.
Additionally, you will create SPC charts, DCOP, and modify SLDB using PROMIS (Si-View), upload recipe, check recipe, and ensure recipe content compliance using RMS, raise PCRB, and understand the requirement for PCRB opening, follow through with qualification plans, analyze data using required software, and close CRs.
As a Process Engineer, you will work closely with Equipment Engineers on new equipment acceptance, understand repeatability and reproducibility (R&R) runs, and provide guidance to junior engineers on troubleshooting skills, process understanding, decision-making, risk assessment, and toolset usage.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Microelectronics Engineering
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer process engineering

The Silicon Operations team's vision is to enable a world class Silicon Supply Chain Operations team to service Silicon component needs of Cisco's core businesses as well as the emerging components business. **Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Lead and manage global QMS activity
+ Work with stakeholders in various, including quality engineers, data analysts, and lead auditors.
+ Ensure quality system is compliant with ISO9001 standards and regulatory requirements.
+ Collaborate with the Quality Director to implement applicable QMS requirements across suppliers.
+ Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of technical quality assurance and control systems, standards, methods, and procedures.
+ Lead global internal and external audit programs to ensure compliance with quality standards.
