We are looking for a highly driven and independent Senior Manager, Business Processes to lead and own the development, rollout, and governance of core business processes across our global manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and doer with deep manufacturing experience, overseas exposure, and a hands-on approach to implementing operational excellence across complex environments. The role is based in Singapore and requires extensive travel to support plant sites and key stakeholders worldwide.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end design, implementation, and ownership of critical business processes , ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational needs.
- Drive standardization and harmonization of processes across global factory sites, ensuring consistency, compliance, and scalability.
- Take responsibility for identifying inefficiencies, setting improvement roadmaps, and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Build new business processes from the ground up for manufacturing lines, sites, or systems with limited guidance.
- Engage directly with plant managers, site leaders, and senior management to influence decision-making and enforce process discipline .
- Implement and govern continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) across manufacturing, quality, and support functions.
- Set and monitor process performance metrics (KPIs) and proactively resolve bottlenecks and deviations.
- Lead change management efforts independently across sites, including stakeholder alignment, communication, and training.
- Develop playbooks, SOPs, and training materials to institutionalize process knowledge.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Master certification.
- Experience leading digital transformation or smart factory initiatives.
- Familiarity with ISO, GMP, or other regulatory and quality frameworks.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing/factory environments, with significant leadership in business process transformation.
- Proven track record of independently driving and leading process change across multi-site or global operations.
- Strong international exposure, with demonstrated success in managing diverse, multicultural environments.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution.
- Excellent process mapping, analytical, and project management skills.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and business systems (ERP, MES, etc.).
- Certified in or highly proficient with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Strong leadership presence, with ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Willing and able to travel extensively (up to 70%) to support business needs.
