- Handle purchasing, adjustment and shipment for global site support
- Inventory/ lab maintenance, 5S and EHS
- Support gas phase coating process
- Perform other/ ad hoc topic assigned
Experience
- Experienced in manufacturing environments
- Medical manufacturing industrial experience is preferable
- Basic knowledge of E&E, able to understand schematic drawing
- Basic soldering skill and proficient in MS office tools
- Basic troubleshooting skill

Job Summary
In this role, you will lead a part of the process engineering team to develop and optimize processes that enhance efficiency and product quality. You will manage engineering projects, ensure compliance with industry standards, and foster innovative solutions that drive continuous improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and oversee process improvement initiatives using Lean Sigma methodologies.
Leading and guiding a team of 3-5 process engineers.
Develop and implement process design and optimization strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, R&D, SCM, QA and other teams to ensure process alignment and integration.
Monitor process performance metrics and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Use standard problem solving techniques such as LEAN, Six Sigma, A3, 8D, DMAIC.etc.
Ensure processes comply with regulatory and safety standards.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the operations team.
Facilitate training and development programs for engineering staff.

Qualification
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering, including leadership or managerial roles.
Proven experience with process design and improvement projects.
Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
