Key Responsibilities

Directs a process technology group responsible for research, development and implementation of pilot production line for new products and extensions or enhancements to existing product lines Collaborate with R&D and production process, integration, operations and hardware teams to ensure completing the checklist on time to meet timeline needed to start HVM operations Track and manage schedules, deliverables, and risks for technology transfer and production milestones. Manages unusually complex, practical applications of scientific theory and processes in the development and ongoing technical management of the unit's products Leads alpha engineering program regarding all process technology related issues for the unit's product line Lead for alpha and beta product release for business unit's product line Interacts and offers solutions to address external customers unusually complex process issues to address customers High Value Problems (HVP) involving the business unit's product line Participates in strategic planning to integrate research and development processes with both the unit and the Product Business Group's overall business plan Provides approval guidelines and leadership to reporting process technology managers in the area of long-term strategy related to process development Defines performance metrics and reports on organization's progress against specific goals

Requirements

• At least 10 to 15 years of semiconductor wafer fab production experience
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry standards including technology transfer for deposition, etch, lithography and metrology
• Comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with remote teams, and supporting factory-side execution
• Strong organization, management, communication skills with attention to details.
• Experienced as people and team management will be essential.
• Experience in managing multiple projects within scope, budget, and timeline with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Demonstrate ability and experience to work, solve complex problems and drive projects to end goals completions.
• Flexibility to travel back and forth between South East Asia and the USA (up to 30% of the time)
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in STEM disciplines e.g. Physics, Chemistry, Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Science Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled process engineer to oversee daily production activities and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production line, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Additionally, they will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve production goals set by management.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently on projects involved in new product transfer and scale-up from R&D to final manufacturing. This includes creating SAP materials, preparing product scale-up documentation, reviewing and defining specifications for new product transfer and raw materials used.

You will also be responsible for managing non-conformance material and scraps disposition according to process control procedures and quality-related procedures.

Furthermore, you will lead the team to participate in continuous improvement projects related to cost, quality, and service using Six-Sigma, Gemba, Kaizen, or similar applicable methodologies.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in Material Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, or Manufacturing. Job Title: Process Engineering Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Engineering Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working in a fast-paced environment to handle daily line issues and provide excellent line support on line-related problems.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you must be energetic with an interest to learn things, easy to adapt, and have basic computer knowledge.

You will review daily issues highlighted in shift passdown, ensure lots are disposed correctly by shift personnel, and take appropriate action if you see anything abnormal.

Additionally, you will perform initial investigations for new or unknown defect issues detected, and perform first-pass analysis, investigation, and disposition of lots on hold.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Yield Engineering Engineers on data collection and engineering support requests, monitor machine performance, and feedback to equipment counterpart if any drift or abnormality observed.

Work with and provide guidance with shift technicians to provide excellent line support on line-related issues, handle process work, AVI recipe development for Auto Visual Inspection tools, and optimize recipes to reduce over- and under-detection of defects.

Support in deriving new OCAP for shift VI PAE to follow up on known process issue, make updates to documentations and specifications whenever there is a change involved or on any new fan out or as per production requirement.

Collaborate with other departments to provide AVI data and relevant images for data collection or issues when required.
