Requirements
- At least 10 to 15 years of semiconductor wafer fab production experience
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry standards including technology transfer for deposition, etch, lithography and metrology
- Comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with remote teams, and supporting factory-side execution
- Strong organization, management, communication skills with attention to details.
- Experienced as people and team management will be essential.
- Experience in managing multiple projects within scope, budget, and timeline with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrate ability and experience to work, solve complex problems and drive projects to end goals completions.
- Flexibility to travel back and forth between South East Asia and the USA (up to 30% of the time)

Why this role
As the ideal candidate, you will leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills and play a vital role in fueling our growth in Process Engineering. Your work will span across our existing and new Fabs, with a focus on advanced manufacturing and new technologies such as AR/VR. Your role will be key to improving process performance and availability to meet production and cycle time requirements.
What You Will Do
- Support company's production ramp schedule by process qualification, productivity improvement and new tool release.
- Lead / engage in process CIP (continuous improvement projects) to improve process performance indices adopting big data analytic, statistical analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Work with cross fabs on BKM (best known method) alignment and process improvement initiatives.
- Sustain production line, SPC/FDC (statistical process control / fault detection classification) monitoring, CPK improvement, and troubleshooting support for process and tool issues.
- Support development of new processes for new technologies.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams/ cross sites to deliver organizational goals.
- Provide training and guidance to junior Engineers to support day-to-day operational requirements.
