Role Summary

The Process Engineering & Integration Manager is responsible for leading process engineering initiatives and driving integration projects across the region, related to water and wastewater applications. This role ensures that engineering processes, tools, and practices are standardized, optimized, and aligned across locations and functions. The manager will serve as a key facilitator in integrating new processes, technologies, and acquired businesses into the organization while ensuring compliance, efficiency, strategic growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Engineering
  • Lead process design, standardization, and optimization across engineering and operations.

Education & Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience in water treatment process engineering & solutions, and collaboration with other business functions (operations, sales, supply chain, etc.)
  • Proven ability and experience in developing engineering mathematical templates used to calculate and optimize water or wastewater treatment process flows.
  • Hands-on involvement in building engineering teams and solution capabilities or integration projects (systems, processes, or M&A-related) is a must.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in managing engineering teams that can provide industrial and municipal water and wastewater treatment solutions.
  • Fluency in English and other languages are a plus.

  • Assist the Supervisor in monitoring, troubleshooting and ensuring smooth operation of the process plant.
  • To ensure a smooth start up and shutdown of the process plant.
  • To monitor and feedback any abnormal function of plant utilities and machineries to Shift Supervisor for rectification.
  • To guide and lead a team of Operators in operation, maintenance and troubleshooting activities
