- Field Deployment: Interpret detailed drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM) and Scope of Works (SOW) issued by Design Engineering team. Document project progress, findings and recommendations for continuous improvement. Provide technical training to clients and end-users on the operation and maintenance of our systems.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Field Engineer to carry out ONT (Optical Network Terminal) installations and basic Wi-Fi setup at residential customer premises. This role involves configuring Wi-Fi routers/access points, assisting customers with device connectivity, and ensuring stable internet access. This role includes an incentive scheme offering the opportunity to earn beyond the standard pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and activate ONT devices at residential customer locations.
- Connect and configure Wi-Fi routers or access points to ONTs.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of router and wireless connectivity issues.
- Assist customers with connecting devices (phones, laptops, smart devices) to Wi-Fi.
- Ensure proper internet functionality before completing the job.
- Provide basic guidance to customers on using and managing their Wi-Fi network.
