Job Title: Machine Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced machine operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and running machines, collaborating with quality assurance specialists, and adhering to customer specifications.

• Set up and run the machine as per the weekly plan and required quantities.
• Operate the Spring/Forming machine.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure set-ups and ongoing work meet quality standards.
• Inspect the machine daily and keep records as instructed.
• Gather materials needed for daily production from orders.
• Change and record material coils accurately.
• Finish and close out production orders, returning unused materials.
• Maintain daily logs of production such as timesheets, machine use, and defects.

• Check that all materials needed are available before starting the machine.
• Follow safety rules, including wearing gloves when changing coils.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Operations Manager, responsible to perform all production activities at various stage. Providing technical assistance to ensure effective and efficient operations of the company. Enforcing Company Policies and Procedures within the office.

• Responsible for handling day to day technical tasks, cut, grind and handle raw materials, test and quality check finished products, stocked in appropriate quantities, assist with stock taking.

• Perform house-keeping and first-level trouble-shooting of equipment as needed, notify Operations Manager of any mechanical or material issues.

• Maintain equipments and area cleaning on regular intervals, comply with all safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least GCE 'N' Level or equivalent, minimum 4 - 6 years working experience.

• Proven work experience as a Machine Operator, knowledge of terminology, computer literate (MS Office).
