Job Description

Under direct supervision, assists with monitoring, testing, and inspecting all processes involved in the production of a product and the product itself. Ensures that quality standards are met for every component of the product or service provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products using established inspection tools and techniques.
• Perform and document First Article, In-Process, and Final inspections to ensure customer requirements and quality standards are met.
• Inspect materials and products received from outside sources for compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
• Complete all assigned technical and safety trainings timely.
• Work in the field (outdoor conditions), assisting with material movements for inspection.
• Clean drilling tools and rig equipment for inspection.
• Maintain cleaning machinery, including mechanical brushing units, steam cleaners, and high-pressure jetting equipment.
• Ensure safety and environmental control over cleaning machinery and work areas.
• Report unsafe conditions or acts to the supervisor.
• Perform work in accordance with approved plans, schedules, and programs.
• Operate equipment and fixed assets responsibly and correctly.
• Apply Weatherford and client company Quality, Health, Safety & Environment policies and systems.
• Follow all safety rules and company policies.
• Carry out work assignments to the highest quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation or technical education is a plus.
• At least 3 years of related QC inspection experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of products and inspection processes.
• Ability to use measurement devices such as tape measures, micrometers, callipers, and scales.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and charts.
• Effective teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to respond to emergency situations immediately.

• Read, understand and implement project related ITP, Procedures, Specification requirements
• Ensure Material verification against drawing, cutting plan and QC Report.
• Perform visual inspection and maintain the reports
• Perform fit-up inspection against drawing/WPS

• Raise NCR if any non-compliance observed

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor degree in accounting or related major with solid background on accounting

2. Around 10 years accounting experience and at least 4 years' manager experience in cross regional Finance Share Service Centre

3. Fluent English both verbal and writing

4. Strong communication skill

5. Team management experience; good leadership skill

6. Proficient in MS-Office software especially EXCEL, and knowledge of accounting software SAP
