Warehouse Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantity and quality against delivery orders.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy in inventory records.
• Pick, pack, and label items based on customer orders, preparing goods for delivery and organizing them according to delivery schedules.
• Assist in planning drivers' schedules and coordinate delivery routes.
• Communicate and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist in ordering stock as needed to fulfill customer orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in loading and unloading goods onto/from delivery vans as required.

Requirements:

• GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
