- Knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Able to adapt to changing work schedules and hours, including overtime when required.
- A willing and engaging team player, as well as an independent worker, contributing positively to team efficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, time management and communication skills.
- Possessing a valid forklift license and able to operate Reach Truck and VNA is an advantage.
- Prior experience working with SAP and MES system is preferred.
