Job Description
The Supply Chain Director will report to the Managing Director based in Singapore, work closely with the Senior Management team, and be actively involved in company’s strategic planning activities.
This is a critical leadership hire. The successful candidate must have prior supply chain experience in China and to be prepared to be based full-time in Shanghai for the first 12 months of employment to lead on-the-ground operations and build the supply chain foundation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, procurement, inventory, production, and distribution
- Shape and execute supply chain strategy to support aggressive growth targets
- Enhance inventory management, production efficiency, and delivery performance
- Develop and implement policies and processes to improve operational consistency and quality
- Lead production planning, procurement, logistics, and supplier performance management
- Partner with product development to assess supply viability and cost implications
- Implement supply chain technology solutions to improve visibility and automation
