Job Purpose:
Inventory purchase order and sales order processing in ADC/ APAC, with the main goal to ensure availability and meet customer order and delivery requirements.
Functions:
- Planning & Inventory control

Key duties and responsibilities:
Purchase Order Management
- Manage purchase order daily operations
- Generate purchase orders to factories and DCs and monitor order status to ensure goods receipt on time
- Communicate scheduled delivery dates and related changes to stakeholders in a timely manner
- Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders for inbound shipment booking, tracking and customs clearance to ensure on time arrival
- Work with forwarder to resolve cargo damage and insurance claim
- Work with QRC to ensure registration license is available for the product import to Singapore
- Work closely with 3PL Warehouse Ops teams to ensure stock to be received properly
- Handle received stock discrepancies and resolved order related and nonconforming product issues
- Handle return shipment to vendor
Sales Order Management
- Receiving, validating, and processing sales orders
- Order confirmation, monitoring, rescheduling, reconfirming
- Check product availability and liaise with planning team to ensure fulfillment of the order on the required delivery date
- Prepare shipping documents, invoicing and other documents required by customer
- Work closely with country teams, QA and product owners to ensure products shipped are compliant with respectively countries’ regulatory requirements (e.g. labels)
- Close follow-up and coordinate with countries to provide timely and accurate information about the order
- Manage and communicate open order book regularly with countries
- Control allocation block and release
- Handling order related issues and claims
Inventory Planning and Management
- Work closely with Strategic Planner to execute inventory planning policies and review and update planning parameters to keep optimum inventory level
- Work closely with country planners to align on forecast, lead time, customer orders, new materials, etc.
- Liaise with suppliers on demand forecast
- Work actively together with suppliers to improve lead times and availability whilst reducing inventory levels and working capital
- Continually monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supply for customers while minimizing excess or expired inventory
- Maintain and review KPI of assigned area and drive continuous improvement
Delivery Fulfillment
- Communicate with warehouse for order picking, packing, shipping condition and shipment booking to ensure goods are collected and dispatched on time
- Trace the shipment to ensure on time delivery
- Escalation points for shipment issues, clarifications and support
- Actively explore cost saving and sustainability opportunities and drive implementations
Others:
- Travel to warehouse (west side of Singapore) is required occasionally
- A strong team player with communication skills
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Line Manager and/or the Company
Quality System - Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

We are a growing company in the luxury retail and e-commerce sector with a strong presence across Asia. As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist (sole contributor role) to support daily shipping operations and ensure timely and compliant international deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
International Shipping & Coordination
- Coordinate international shipments by air and sea, ensuring smooth and timely deliveries
- Liaise with freight forwarders, courier partners, customs agents, and internal teams on shipment status and delivery schedules
- Track and monitor shipments proactively, resolving delays and operational issues where required
- Support shipping arrangements for regional and global orders
Logistics & Carrier Management
- Work closely with freight forwarders and courier providers to obtain competitive shipping rates and reliable service support
- Maintain good working relationships with logistics partners and vendors
- Assist in coordinating shipping schedules, booking arrangements, and delivery timelines
- Monitor logistics performance and support cost optimisation initiatives
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and verify shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, airway bills, bills of lading, and customs declarations
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and shipping requirements
- Support proper handling and documentation of regulated or sensitive products where applicable
- Coordinate with logistics partners and customs agents to facilitate smooth clearance processes
- Packing the items according to DG standards
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping coordination, or supply chain operations
- Must be able to carry heavy loads and pack items as this is a sole contributor role
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, cosmetics, or related industries will be an advantage
- Familiarity with international shipping procedures and documentation
- Knowledge of dangerous goods handling regulations is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and shipment tracking systems
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage due to coordination with regional partners and suppliers
Salary
SGD 4,000 – SGD 4,500 per month, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts on planning, delivery, and supply-related matters.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc updates on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status.
- Monitor production plans and ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements.
- Analyze supply chain performance and support root cause analysis for delivery or planning gaps.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and operational performance.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer support.
- Ensure compliance with industry and responsible business standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, customer planning, or production planning preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP and/or MRP systems will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
Working Hours & Location:
- Location: Tampines
- Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday (5-day work week), Monday & Tuesday OFF
- Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Work Arrangement: Office: Wednesday to Friday
- Work From Home (WFH): Saturday & Sunday
