As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating assessments/interviews between candidates and hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
The role involves:
- Coordinating the recruitment lifecycle, from initial application to onboarding;
- Managing candidate records, updating applicant tracking systems with candidate information and recruitment activity;
- Collaborating with various teams to understand data requirements and implement appropriate cleaning methodologies;
- Performing thorough reviews of datasets and records across various HR systems and data sources to identify data quality issues;
Career Development and Outreach Activities
- Pack and distribute promotional materials to career fairs and outreach events;

- Manage employee files for easy retrieval;
- Update electronic employee records;
- Maintain incoming personal documents in SharePoint/eRegistry;

Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant field; non-degree holders with relevant experience may be considered;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel functions;
- At least 3 years' experience in HR Administration, preferably in recruitment, internship management, and data management;
- Knowledge of RPA and data analytics software such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau would be an advantage;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple tasks at any one time;
