Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process. Job posting, source candidates through various channels. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability
- Manage job postings across various platforms and ensure requisitions are accurately represented and job boards
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Leverage a variety of sourcing strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, internal referrals, campus hiring, and headhunting) to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Perform any other ad-hoc HR duties & projects delegated from management.
Requirement:
- Diploma in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) or any higher qualifications would be preferred.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in Singapore or Malaysia will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
- Familiar with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Strong in communication skills
- A Cheerful and friendly personality, enjoy interacting with people.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a must.
