Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving our recruitment strategies.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams
Proven track record of fulfilling high acquisition volume. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic hiring plans
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
