- Provide guidance and advisory support to HODs on employee risk matters, such as managing performance issues, staff counselling, grievance handling and coaching.
- Support in providing recommendation of interventions to improve employee engagement.

- At least a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university. Post-graduate diploma in human resource management or IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) preferred.

Our Client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant Manager to join their dynamic HR team, gaining experience in full spectrum of HR functions including, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Performance Management.
1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job posting and sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring departments to understand workforce needs and develop tailored strategies.
Support long-term manpower planning and develop a talent pipeline, including through scholarship administration.
2. Strategic HR Business Partnering
Act as a HR advisor to business units, aligning people strategies with operational goals.
Support annual HR exercises including performance management, goal setting, and development planning.
Collaborate with leadership to anticipate talent gaps and workforce challenges.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention.
Organize wellness, team-bonding, and recognition programmes that foster a positive workplace culture.
Mediate and resolve employee relations issues with professionalism and empathy.
4. HR Reporting & Insights

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with more experience will be considered for more senior appointments.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing tools, and interviewing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office applications.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
