5. Maintain an up-to-date onboarding checklist to streamline processes.
6. Gather feedback from new hires to assist in enhancing the onboarding experience.
Training & Development
1. Assist in identifying training needs within the organisation through skills assessments and feedback mechanisms.
2. Support in developing and implementing training programmes to address skill gaps and enhance employee competencies, in alignment with the SkillsFuture Framework and industry-specific standards.
3. Coordinate and conduct internal training sessions, workshops, and awareness programmes for employees, ensuring effective delivery of key HR policies, procedures, and initiatives. Collaborate with external providers for specialised training while managing logistics and participation.
4. Maintain training records and assist in tracking compliance with Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ), Continuing Education and Training (CET) requirements, and other accreditation standards.
5. Assist in gathering and compiling training feedback and reports for evaluation, ensuring continuous improvement in training programmes.
6. Provide administrative support in collaborating with HR colleagues, department managers, and senior management to align training and development efforts with organisational priorities, succession planning goals, and talent retention strategies.
7. Support the HR Executive in working with hiring managers to draft job descriptions that accurately reflect job requirements.
HR Administration
1. Maintain and update HR databases, personnel records, and documentation in compliance with PDPA regulations.
2. Generate HR reports and analytics related to recruitment and training.
3. Assist in monitoring and tracking key HR metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, training ROI).
4. Support the HR Executive in coordinating HR projects and initiatives.
5. Assist in the preparation of internal HR communications and announcements.
6. Provide general administrative support, such as document preparation, data entry, and meeting coordination.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Polytechnic Diploma or ITE Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. No prior experience required; fresh graduates or candidates with relevant internships are welcome.
3. Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
