- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from staff, including leave, medical claims, and benefits.

- Assist in ensuring compliance with MOM regulations such as CPF contributions, work passes, and other statutory requirements.
- Support employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and outlet-level initiatives to improve staff morale and retention.

- Coordinate with outlet managers on manpower planning, shift allocations, and recruitment needs.
Requirements
- Nitec or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience preferred; candidates with strong F&B or part-time workforce management exposure will have an advantage.
- Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and CPF submissions.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and exposure to HRIS or payroll systems will be a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage with staff at all levels.
- Team player with a positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to support a fast-paced F&B environment.
