- Follows through on home leave applications of foreign worker and seek the necessary approvals, purchase of air ticket for resigning foreigner workers, levy waiver for workers returning from home leave;
- Over sees and manage all work passes applications, renewal and cancellations, mandatory courses to be possess by worker, update of personal details and any other matters for foreign workers
- Full spectrum of talent acquisition processes including hiring candidates, ensure recruitments documents are in order, job posting, screening of CVs, interview arrangements.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, IR21 and clearance;
- Manage day – to -day HR activities, including maintaining employee records and preparing hr related documents
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
