SUMMARY:
This position assists in the development of the company's total rewards strategy and implementation of total rewards offerings globally. Responsibilities include developing and standardizing processes and tools to deliver fair compensation to all employees. Tools include, but are not limited to, job evaluation, job architecture, grade ranges, equity analyses, market reviews and participation in benchmarking surveys.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with HR team members, Finance, Legal, and other key stakeholders to align on the company's total rewards philosophy and goals.
- Work closely with HR Partners, Talent Acquisition, and key business leaders on compensation for new hires, promotions, transfers, and on-going job leveling, allowing for dynamic changes as the market demands.
- Recommend changes as appropriate and support the respective country in completing the agreed changes.
- Document global total rewards business processes and coordinate changes to improve processes and workflows.
- Lead the team through regular benchmarking cycles to analyze and assess market data, industry trends, and best practices to create market competitive reward packages.
- Provide guidance to managers in updating job profiles.
- Provide analysis and recommendations for off cycle salary adjustments.
- Facilitate the annual compensation review process including requirements gathering, system configuration, data preparation, process management, and communication.
- Administer the executive Long Term Incentive program including annual grants, vesting, and communications.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and prepare analyses.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Human Resources from a recognized university.
- Minimum 8 years of experience required.
- Office Hours: 5 Days.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Good management skills of team.
