Your Key Responsibilities:

People:

  • Ensure all colleagues are paid accurately and on time, reinforcing trust across the organization.

Financial:

  • Ensure full compliance with local statutory requirements, including CPF Board, IRAS submissions, and other regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain up-to-date compensation processing procedures, aligning with audit requirements and internal controls.
  • Support the Finance team in ensuring timely tax submissions, provident fund payments, and compliance with all organizational and company policies.

Accountability:

As Compensation Specialist, you hold accountability for ensuring colleagues are compensated accurately, statutory obligations are met, and financial records remain compliant and transparent.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
  • Experience in compensation processing with knowledge of CPF, IRAS, and local statutory requirements.
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with payroll/HRIS systems.
  • Meticulous, accurate, and able to meet tight deadlines.
