About the Role
We are looking for a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our global financial operations. This pivotal leadership role will be responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring financial stability, and supporting our ambitious growth objectives. · At least 5 years’ experience in the Public Cloud Services or ICT industry is required.
· At least 5 years’ experience as a Chief Accountant, Financial Controller, or Finance Director is required.
· Deep expertise in financial, tax, accounting, and auditing principles including GAAP; PRC GAAP knowledge is a plus.
· Comprehensive knowledge of financial and taxation management, with strong skills and substantial experience in accounting and auditing to effectively lead the finance team and provide guidance across accounting, budgeting, and taxation functions.
· Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, able to perform under pressure and handle urgent issues.
· This role may require business travel to other APAC countries, such as China, depending on business needs and including short-term postings (2 - 6 weeks) in China.
