Focusing primarily on investor relations (IR), flexibly collaborates with other members of the team (including legal and compliance, brand and public relations (Brand&PR), finance BP, etc.).
Centering on the team's strategic objectives by supporting the group's strategic pivot from Home AIoT to AI+Healthcare, with a focus on reshaping capital market narratives and maintaining and developing investor relations, but also participating in building a healthcare sub-brand ecosystem and driving dual growth in revenue and market capitalization for new business units.
Core Responsibilities:
Capital Market Strategy and Execution
Participate in the formulation of capital operation strategies for the Listco throughout its entire lifecycle, and implement a series of actions in line with strategic objectives and directions, including but not limited to: analyzing the narrative logic of capital markets, optimizing the coordination mechanism between investor relations (IR), public relations (PR), and marketing (MKT), strategically releasing key milestone signals to support the effectiveness of capital market operations by integrating operational analysis and business outlook in several information disclosure channels such as annual reports, semi-annual reports, voluntary announcements, and market communication materials, etc.
In line with the company's capital market strategy, work with internal teams and external professional partners to accurately convey the company's strategy, operating performance, industry positioning, and investment value through various channels and methods, such as information disclosure documents, investor roadshows, earnings conferences, one-on-one meetings, and non-deal roadshows (NDRs), in order to maintain investor confidence and enhance capital market recognition.
Monitor the progress and highlights of the company's internal operations and development, while keeping abreast of market trends and industry developments. Timely identify and analyze investment value highlights, and collaborate with the Brand & PR, Finance, and Legal members to provide multi-dimensional support for decisions and actions related to capital market activities.
Innovative capital instruments exploration and strategic investment and financing support
Participate in strategic investment/M&A projects: Screen strategic investment/M&A targets (such as high-quality start-ups in the AI+medical field), conduct due diligence, and carry out investment or M&A integration. Flexibly apply transaction structures such as the "pipeline method" and "valuation adjustments" to enhance the core technological barriers of the medical business unit.
Pay attention to emerging industry trends and opportunities in derivative fields, explore and implement innovative capital tools: such as participating in the design of medical data assetization (RWA) paths, exploring and implementing structured financing solutions such as franchising.

Overview

The Head of Investor Relations and Fundraising is responsible for developing and executing the Group’s investor relations and fundraising strategies. This is a high-impact role designed for a Singapore-based executive with deep experience and insights across capital markets, SGX regulations, corporate finance, private and public market investors, shareholder communications, and strategic fundraising for publicly listed companies.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive investor relations and communication strategies to enhance shareholder/investor engagement and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, brokers, and key stakeholders.

  • Lead and oversee all fundraising initiatives, including sourcing and engaging new investor relationships—sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, family offices, HNWIs, and global institutional investors.

  • Serve as the principal spokesperson to the investment community (including preparing and delivering results announcements, analyst/investor calls, roadshows, presentations, and annual general meetings).

  • Draft, review, and coordinate the release of regular market communications, press releases, annual and quarterly reports, and regulatory disclosures to ensure best-in-class transparency and compliance with SGX listing rules.

  • Work closely with senior management and business unit leaders to prepare investor materials, annual/quarterly financial updates, and strategic outlooks.

  • Monitor market, peer, and investor sentiment, providing actionable feedback to senior management/board and contributing to capital market strategies.

  • Advise management on capital structure, fundraising options, and financing activities in support of M&A, growth, and investment projects; execute capital raising and debt/equity issuance when required.

  • Manage investor due diligence processes and address complex queries from shareholders, analysts, and rating agencies.

  • Cultivate and expand the company’s global investor and capital provider network.

  • Support the integration of ESG and sustainability messaging into all external financial communications.


Qualifications

  • 14–18 years of relevant experience in investor relations and fundraising for SGX-listed companies.

  • Direct experience in managing investor communications, fundraising roadshows, and capital market transactions for listed companies.

  • Proven track record building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors and the analyst community, ideally within the consumer, technology, real estate, infrastructure, investment, or diversified conglomerate sectors.

  • Strong understanding of SGX regulations, corporate governance, and reporting requirements.

  • Extensive network with PR agencies, investment bankers, accounting firms, legal and consulting firms, etc.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills; able to represent the company confidently to the global investment community.

  • Strong relationships with key decision makers of institutional investors (onshore/offshore).

  • Ability to build a strong narrative on the company’s growth trajectory amongst the shareholders, institutional investors and the capital market community at large.

  • Skillset to formulate strategy for enhancing traction in the trading volume and increasing the shareholder base of the company.

  • In-depth understanding of Corporate Finance and ability to execute such strategies which are value accretive to the company.
