Qualgro is looking for an Investor Relations Manager to help us build and maintain strong investor relationships. The Investor Relations Manager will report to the leadership team to ensure we provide world-class investment services to our investors. Role and Responsibilities include:
Networking & Relationship Development
– Proactively identify and build relationships with prospective LPs, including institutional investors, family offices, and strategic partners; represent Qualgro at relevant events and forums to expand our investor network
Investor Engagement
– Plan and execute investor meetings, events, and annual general meetings (AGMs); maintain regular touchpoints and lead our process for interacting with LPs
Fundraising Management
– Proactive and dynamic management of activities through the definition and preparation of pitch materials, data room, investor pipeline tracking, and LP due diligence processes, towards closing
Digital Communications
– Oversee investor-related digital channels, including website content updates, LinkedIn postings, and newsletters; ensure consistent, high-quality messaging aligned with the firm’s values and positioning
Brand Building
– Source for relevant events for Qualgro to participate in and represent Qualgro in external communications and events that strengthen the firm’s brand in the ecosystem and investor community presence

Candidate Profile
Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience in: investor relations, or private equity/venture capital, or financial services such as investment banking or private wealth management, or sales in professional service companies
Demonstrated proactiveness to expand, cultivate and manage high-trust relationships with institutional investors and strategic partners
Dynamic networking skills and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills—professional, articulate, and able to engage with senior stakeholders
Strong analytical and presentation skills, and business sense
Experience in managing digital content across web and social platforms, with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency
Excellent project management skills, detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Investor Communication & Engagement

Financial & Market Analysis

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate finance, ideally within the technology sector.
Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation methods, and capital markets.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
