In line with the company's capital market strategy, work with internal teams and external professional partners to accurately convey the company's strategy, operating performance, industry positioning, and investment value through various channels and methods, such as information disclosure documents, investor roadshows, earnings conferences, one-on-one meetings, and non-deal roadshows (NDRs), in order to maintain investor confidence and enhance capital market recognition.
Monitor the progress and highlights of the company's internal operations and development, while keeping abreast of market trends and industry developments. Timely identify and analyze investment value highlights, and collaborate with the Brand & PR, Finance, and Legal members to provide multi-dimensional support for decisions and actions related to capital market activities.
Innovative capital instruments exploration and strategic investment and financing support
Participate in strategic investment/M&A projects: Screen strategic investment/M&A targets (such as high-quality start-ups in the AI+medical field), conduct due diligence, and carry out investment or M&A integration. Flexibly apply transaction structures such as the "pipeline method" and "valuation adjustments" to enhance the core technological barriers of the medical business unit.
Pay attention to emerging industry trends and opportunities in derivative fields, explore and implement innovative capital tools: such as participating in the design of medical data assetization (RWA) paths, exploring and implementing structured financing solutions such as franchising.
