- Strong understanding of mid-platform architecture, AI implementation (LLMs, recommendation systems, voice processing, RPA, etc.), and compliance/risk frameworks;
- Experience in building from zero in startup environments is highly valued;
- Demonstrated ability to lead and grow teams of 50+ members across disciplines.
