 Key Responsibilities 
 Operational & Technical Analysis 
 Collaborate with aviation stakeholders to gather and analyze operational data from air traffic control systems. 
 Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in air traffic management processes. 
 Support the design and implementation of digital solutions for airspace optimization, flight scheduling, and safety compliance. 
 Business Analysis & Consulting 
 Translate operational needs into technical requirements for IT development teams. 
 Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies for new aviation technologies. 
 Prepare business cases, user stories, and functional specifications for digital projects. 
 Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement 
 Work closely with project managers, developers, and aviation authorities to ensure successful delivery of digital solutions. 
 Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders. 
 Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess the impact of implemented solutions. 
 Compliance & Safety 
 Ensure all digital solutions comply with aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements. 
 Participate in risk assessments and incident reviews related to air traffic systems. 
 Qualifications 
 Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 
 Prior experience as an Air Traffic Control Officer or in aviation operations is highly desirable. 
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
 Familiarity with aviation systems (e.g., radar, flight data processing, scheduling tools). 
 Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, BPMN). 
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
 Preferred Skills 
 Knowledge of ICAO and CAAS regulations. 
 Experience in digital transformation or IT consulting projects. 
 Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

What the role is
Air Traffic Control Officers (ATCOs) in CAAS play a critical role in maintaining Singapore's position as a leading international air hub. This unique profession requires drive and passion with a steadfast commitment to excellence.
What you will be working on
As a member of a specialised team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of air traffic not only at Changi and Seletar Airports, but as well as throughout Singapore's bustling airspace. Leveraging state-of-the-art technology, you will direct air traffic with a keen focus on safety and operational efficiency.

- Hold regular coaching sessions with direct reports to support their development.
Client Management
- Respond to client service calls promptly during shift duty.
- Foster strong relationships and maintain a positive working rapport with clients and other airport business partners.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Periodic Duties:
- Perform Operations Supervisor responsibilities when required.
- Perform Terminal Management Centre (TMC) duties as needed.
- Attend regular Ops meetings for performance reviews and business/operations updates.
