Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Cybersecurity Operations Manager to lead and grow our Security Operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations within the Cyber Fusion Center, including real-time threat detection, incident response, team development, and detection quality. The manager serves as a key liaison between analysts, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders - ensuring security excellence across both cloud and on-premise environments.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have at least 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years of experience leading and mentoring junior SOC analysts. They should have handled incident response programs, threat intelligence platforms, security process automation, detection rule tuning, and/or security content development. Additionally, they should have presented monthly and/or quarterly operational reports.

As a SOC Team Lead, you will be responsible to plan monthly duty roster for site team and ensure the 24X7 Security operations support services operate effectively.

• Generate report dashboarding for technical analysis.
• Cover shift function if there are any shift resources are absent.
