Job Description:

  1. Spearhead outreach and partnership efforts by actively participating in the planning, execution, and monitoring of financial literacy programs and community-focused initiatives.

  2. Coordinate with diverse stakeholders, including local organizations, community groups, and financial institutions, to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope, fostering strong collaborative ties.

About the Role

The Business Management Trainee program is a structured, multi-stage career track that prepares talented professionals to lead and operate small businesses within a private equity framework.
