In this role, you will be responsible for delivering QuikBot's unique delivery services catered to the first and last mile, using our robot fleet. As an esteem member of the ground crew, you will be also part of the team to ensure that all deliveries are done to the standards and expectations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage our on-site robotic fleet.
• Pack and deploy parcels in collaboration with QuikBot's logistic partners.
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries.
• Update relevant parties promptly with delivery details.
• Ensure the on-site readiness of the robotic fleet and troubleshoot any issues.
• Execute e-commerce deliveries as required.
• Provide on-site customer service to office tenants and/or commerce customers.
• Provide ongoing support to maintain QuikBot's IoT enabled robot fleet.
• Work together with the other teams as a key member to maintain on ground efficiency and

effectiveness of delivery service.
