We are a fast-growing third-party logistics provider (3PL) serving a wide range of industries, including e-commerce and manufacturing. As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a dependable and experienced Senior Warehouse Assistant to support and lead day-to-day warehouse operations at our Singapore facility.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods
Coordinate and supervise a team of 4 junior warehouse assistants to ensure operational efficiency
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, especially for e-commerce and retail clients
Conduct regular stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy using WMS (Warehouse Management System)
Liaise with internal teams (customer service, transport) and external logistics partners to ensure smooth outbound and inbound flow
Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift) safely and efficiently
Uphold warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs
Assist in process improvements and workflow optimization
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a 3PL or logistics setting
Prior supervisory or senior-level warehouse experience preferred
Familiarity with WMS, barcode scanners, and basic Microsoft Office tools
Forklift license is an advantage
Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
Strong team player with leadership potential and good communication skills
Willingness to work overtime, shifts, or weekends when required
