- Relevant supervising working experience in warehouse
- Responsible for the overall operation and administration of the program
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are complete and timely
- Plan and organize to meet customer requirements and satisfaction continually
- Maintain general housekeeping and ensure safety/equipment in the warehouse meet performance standards

- Professional Skills: Proficient in end-to-end warehouse management (receiving, shipping, inventory control, handling of obsolete/slow-moving materials); familiar with 5S practices and visual management standards; capable of process optimization and system operations (SAP/WMS, especially MM/PP modules).
Competencies:
Communication Skills: Strong bilingual (Chinese and English) communication abilities, both written and spoken; able to collaborate efficiently with production, procurement, and sales departments to handle cross-functional issues.
- Ownership: Accountable for inventory accuracy, material safety, and team performance; proactive in identifying and resolving problems.

Job requirements for warehouse Supervisor
- College degree or above, with a major in logistics management, warehouse management, or related fields preferred;
At least 2.2 years of experience in warehouse and distribution management (experience in both warehousing and distribution is preferred), including at least 1 year of experience in managing a team of over 20 people. Familiar with the entire process of receiving, sorting, inventory management, and distribution. Experience in customer communication is preferred;
Possess good English reading and writing skills, and be proficient in handling English documents, emails, or customer inquiries;
Possess a strong sense of purpose and execution ability, and effectively drive the achievement of core indicators such as warehouse opening efficiency, order fulfillment rate, delivery compliance rate, and customer satisfaction;
Possess excellent team management and communication coordination skills, be adept at listening to customer needs, be patient in solving problems, and coordinate internal and external resources to facilitate implementation;
Familiar with warehouse management system (WMS) and distribution-related system operations, with data sensitivity, and able to optimize the entire warehouse and distribution process through data review;

- Familiarity with spare parts related to rotating equipment, instrumentation, and electrical systems is an added advantage.
