Job Title: Order Fulfillment Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Order Fulfillment Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of order management and fulfillment, including coordinating with vendors, sales teams, and 3PL warehouses.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full spectrum of order management and fulfilment (PO, DO) of company's products
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders e.g.vendors, sales department to ensure timely shipping arrangements; update customers promptly of any delay
- Monitor and record vendor's performance e.g. discrepancies in orders, responsiveness etc
- Liaise with 3PL warehouse for storage and inventory management; ensure level of inventory is within target level
- Conduct periodic inventory counts to ensure accurate inventory; update any discrepancies to management
- Verify shipping documents and ensure documents received prior to shipments arrivals
- Handle import/ export shipments, insurance claims and any shipping documents required e.g. Certificate of Origins, material list etc
- Ensure timely verification and accuracy of all required shipping documents are prepared
- Ensure billing invoices are accurate before submitting to finance
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant supply chain/ shipping/ logistics experience
- Knowledge of L/C and B/L is preferred
- Knowledge of SAP will be advantageous
- Good interpersonal skills
